I have worked with Brownstone for a very short time. When I started with Brownstone, I had been out of the professional world for two years and my confidence had started to take a dip. In the short time I've worked with Deloyce, my confidence has returned, I feel sharp and polished again and ready to take on the world.

She was a available to me at every step- coaching me through the interview, checking in weekly, making me set goals and report on the status, assigning me professional reading materials, coaching me through the salary negotiation process and many pep talks along the way; much of this "coaching" happened while she was on vacation!

She is the ultimate professional and I can say with confidence that there wasn't one step that she missed. Her service was excellent and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is struggling in their career or looking to move to the next level!
