Made an appointment for an in-home estimate a couple weeks ago for this morning at 10:00 AM. Got a voicemail around 9:30 AM that said they would be 30-45 minutes late. I couldn't take the call, but no problem - message received.I waited until 10:50 AM and called them back to get an ETA. The gentleman I spoke to (same one that left the message) seemed surprised and asked when I would be available. Scratching my head at this point. I was available at 10:00 AM at the appointment time. I was available at 10:30 - 10:45 - the time mentioned in his voicemail. At this point, he let's me know that if I am available now, he would "leave now".Are you kidding me? I waited two weeks for the appointment. At this point, no thanks. Guess what? Your customers have careers too, and I can't and won't wait around for someone that can't keep an appointment - let alone trust you to handle the remodel moving forward (2 full baths and a kitchen). Good thing I have been taking estimates from other reliable companies in the meantime.Best of luck. More...
