How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
This depends on the city the client lives in. We would inquire about the lot, and confirm with city what kind of ADU (garage conversion) would be available.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First, we clear with the city what the property qualifies for regarding ADU. Second, is design and permitting. Third is construction and passing all inspections. Fourth is have final sign off.
