Bridie Manor

OMG!!!  I am a STICKLER for properly prepared clam strips, and Bridie Manor cooked them to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!!We went in for lunch on a quiet Sunday and had the pleasure of good food and conversation with the owner Larry, while we dined! HOW did I not know how good the food is?!?  My husband had the Bridie Swiss Mushroom Burger with bacon and said it was FANTASTIC!We will definitely be visiting  Bridie Manor again soon!Oh, and AWESOME FRIES!!!! Lived my whole life in Oswego NY Have had many of great meals and gatherings there. I even had my small wedding reception there. In town for a business meeting , My husband and I went to Bridie Manor for Dinner . Our server was fabulous!!!! Absolutely adorable young lady with a phenomenal personality! !! Our dinner was exquisite, Excellent Veal Marsala and Prime Rib But our server is what this such a memorable experience!!!! Next time in Oswego we will definitely be returning!!!!
