Brandon has changed my life, and my daily routine. I honestly have never been able to follow through with working out consistently, but he makes it so easy and fun that that I have kept it going, and I’m definitely seeing results I have never had. Brandon is the best trainer I have ever had! Very friendly and approachable, but also an incredible motivator and gives tough love when needed! He always offers my sister and I advice on our diets and how to improve our fitness. It has only been two months of working out with brandon 3x a week with me and my sister, and we already have seen incredible results! My waist is smaller and my butt is rounder and higher up! My legs and arms have gotten much more toned as well and I feel my body has gotten stronger overall. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon as a trainer! I provide a variety of different online services for training men/women in or out of state. I provide meal plans, weekly workouts, 24/7 contact support etc. Feel free to message me and we may talk in detail what your looking for so I may provide each detail for every package.

I will be providing custom diet plans & work out routines for those who are interested. Each program is unique for each client because it is specified differently for each person. Message me for more details.

This service is 1 on 1, options between 30min-1hr training secured time for all clients. All sessions paid upfront for the month are discounted price.

Athletic training, HIIT training, stretching, active warm-ups, strength training, mobility training are all performed with each session.

This Group training option is between 30min-1hr training secured time for all clients. All sessions paid upfront for the month are discounted price plus there will be bundle session packages available.
