Love the food. I had my reservations at first. But when I got my sandwich (picanha rare) and bit into it and it was awesome. The meat tasted better than any I have ate at any of the restaurants. I had the meat lovers and gaucho fries. The food was amazing! I can't say enough about it, but the people were even more impressive. This is an amazing family! When another truck dropped out of our event the morning of, we were left in a panic. After calling every place we could think of, Churrasco is the the only ones who were willing and able to come with such short notice. I contacted Churrasco Food Truck & Catering about a week before the company Christmas party I was planning. The team was very accommodating and helpful. Emily responded back to me via phone and email within a reasonable time frame. I didn't have to wait and call back/email back with an update. They always contacted me first regarding my catering order and answered all my questions. My party was less than their minimum number of guests, but they were able to work with me on catering with less people. They were quick and easy to work with. On the day of the party, my catering order arrived on time. Oscar and his son helped me unload the food, and Oscar was very thorough in explaining to me what the foods were and how to keep the food warm. Oscar actually gave me extra food that was not part of the menu I ordered without extra charge. Also, he gave me two mugs as a gift. I was totally surprised and appreciated everything he did. Delicious food and excellent staff! The picanha, parmesan pork tenderloin, chicken tenders wrapped with bacon, and gaucho fries are my favorite to name a few. All of their meat is tender and delicious! You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu. Oscar and his team are very welcoming and enthusiastic. We just had an absolutely amazing experience with catering for our son's birthday party. The entire process was seamless. Emily and Oscar communicated so well, down to the very last day to confirm our order . They served a total of 130 guests with absolutely no down time and no one was waiting for their food. PS.
