As a retired law enforcement officer and former realtor, I look for honest services and improvements that will build value in a property. Carlos and his crew were the consummate professionals from start to finish. They provided superior value by being timely, addressing all concerns as soon as possible, displaying craftsmanship and practicality in their work, and following up on all aspects of the job.  These old-fashioned business practices are hard to find. Our project started and ended on time and the various work crews worked through sizzling heat to get the job done. They were neat and clean and respectful. The prices are more than competitive. Brasmerica may not have a big, fancy showroom, but they provide the same materials and have more than sufficient equipment and skilled laborers. If you are interested in pavers of any type, do yourself a favor and hire this company.  The peace of mind will be worth it  (in addition to great work they took full financial responsibility for our yard furniture that was felled by wind in a neighbor's yard during the construction phase). I highly recommend Brasmerica pavers. I wanted a patio in my backyard around a pergola I had constructed. After hearing a description of the style I was looking for, Carlos brought some really good suggestions and ideas. The first day of the project was excavation. Phil and his team came in, and finished in one day. They brought in the bobcat and large disposal bins. They worked hard. They were extremely professional, friendly, efficient, and at the end of the day, they cleaned up so well, you couldn't tell it had been a work site. We were delayed by rain a few days, but Carlos made every effort to keep the job on track. Next, Alberto and the pavers came in. Met Carlos while he was working on our next door neighbor's yard. I saw their finished product and was really impressed by it. I spoke to Carlos that same day, and was sold. Carlos is professional and very knowledgeable about what he does. He is very easy to get in touch with, and communicates very well about the entire process. Everything was set up so easily and done smoothly. Met him on a Thursday, had the excavation done that following Monday, and had the pavers installed on Friday. This review is a bit overdue but I wanted to make sure I gave Carlos and his crew the credit they deserve. My wife and I spoke with many paver companies and got many estimates and we ended up going with Brasmerica. To me and my wife, Carlos was the most open to our ideas and was the most willing to work with our ideas rather than his own. Carlos and his crew had a flexible schedule and they were able to work with our timeline. During the installation process, there were a few issues that arose with the pattern of the pavers and the grading for the drains. But we were able to simply place a call to Carlos and he and his team came over and worked out a solution. Overall, my wife and I are happy we went with Brasmerica. Aside from being reasonably priced with the competition, they were able to stick with the timeline and got the job done. The workers were very hard working and polite as well. We just felt bad a few days because one of their workers was left alone to do everything. The backyard of my home was messed up. And, I thought I needed to put   a new deck. When I tried to find new contractors, accidentally I found Brasmerica. They asked me to put stone paves rather than decks. It is expensive but it it worth. Their work is really nice and all stones are well organized and artificial grass is just one piece and nice quality.One of the most important thing is that Carlos(a manger of Brasmerica) keeps to support some issues after finishing their work. The backyard walk way  project on my new house was something I wanted to do for long time but was not able to find someone passionate patient and honest like Carlos . On first quote he was able to give me better discount and offer better deal than most other contractors. Since we got better deal by him wile upgrade the pavements material to better ones from Calstone. His workers were very polite and knowledgeable and did not waste time. Like everyone else here, we had the best experience with Carlos, Leo, Rafael and team, and highly recommend them. After months of searching for help with our large front yard (so many contractors flaked with the estimates, or came in $$$$), Brasmerica was a breath of fresh air! Carlos and his crew just finished a 3 day job putting pavers, borders and edgers in my front drive and yard. They did a splendid job- taking care of every detail. Carlos was present and addressed all of our concerns, questions, etc- he was always available and pleasure to work with. I am so pleased with the job well done , words cannot express the way my driveway looks ! After reading all the glowing reviews for Brasmerica here on Yelp, I hired them to do a project for me which was completed yesterday. Now, my only problem is to add words of praise to all the other reviews. Everything I read before is correct. These guys are great! I don't think I could have hired anyone better.Mine was a small job. I needed to fix pavers in my sidewalk strip that had lowered away from the curb causing a trip hazard. Because they needed to use the old pavers that had been laid years ago in a mis-matched way, Carlos and Leo needed to figure out how to arrange the old pavers in the best way possible for a good looking, even edged, long lasting job. Leo is a real craftsman in laying the stones in patterns. It was a real puzzle and they did it with a lot of care and thoughtfulness. Carlos, Leo, and the rest of the Brasmerica crew are the best! I can't say enough about the quality of their work, which they do at a very reasonable price. They even went above and beyond the scope of their project to make fixes to my existing hardscape, without nickel and diming me; being a borderline-OCD perfectionist, this meant a lot to me.We met with many different paver companies (small, medium, and large) before making the decision to go with Brasmerica. Carlos, the owner, was by far the most responsive, and typically responded to calls and text within minutes, if not seconds. Most importantly, this responsive communication continued even after we signed the contract. The price they quoted was very reasonable, certainly compared to some of the larger paver companies that often use subcontractors, and likely have inferior quality work as a result.Carlos was also great about accommodating adjustments to the original plan as the work progressed and my wife and I wanted to make tweaks to the design. After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Brasmerica to install pavers and artificial turf on our 2000+ sq ft backyard. We chose them because they seemed very knowledgable, the price was good, and they would be able to finish the job by the time we wanted it completed. We couldn't be happier with the results. They even finished a week early and my backyard turned out better than I imagined. Carlos and Leo were very easy to work with. Carlos responded to our questions and concerns quickly. What sets them apart from other companies is that they really want you to be happy with your final project. They were willing to redo things over and over to make sure it was done exactly the way we wanted WITHOUT HESITATION. I have never dealt with contractors so willing to redo their work to make us happy. This company was awesome to work with.  Very professional and their ideas were right on point.  Both Carlos and Leo gave me their undivided attention when they arrived for my scheduled appointment to obtain an estimate.  Carlos worked with me financially to see what really fit my budget.  On demo day, I was at work, Carlos text me and asked are you sure you don't want to do the walk way to my backyard gate which was not part of my original quote.  I am so happy I agree to let them do it and Carlos gave me a great negotiated price.  The whole project turned out absolutely beautiful.  My house from the street looks fabulous.  The whole team was great and their cleanup was impeccable.  Highly recommend and a very trustworthy company to work with. Carlos and Leo are great to work with! They installed a new 600 sq ft patio for us in the first week of January. Carlos has great communication skills- he always responded to my texts within a few minutes, and was patient and helpful. He's easy-going and flexible. He brought us numerous paver and color samples and gave us great advice. We chose the Belgard large Catalina Grana pavers in the Bella color. With their Dec/Jan discount, their price was lower than all the other company bids, and they use the same materials and techniques as the other companies.The demolition team was on time and made quick work of our existing yard. They were able to fit their mini-bobcat through our gate and down our narrow side path, taking care not to damage anything. By the end of the day they had filled the dump truck twice over, leveled out the yard, and laid down geotex fabric and crushed rock.Then on day 2, Leo and his team followed up with installing drain pipe, capping and re-routing sprinkler pipe, then grading and laying down sand.  On a very long day 3, they started by finishing the sand, and compacting, then cutting and laying the pavers. Then the concrete edge-footing and border stones. Finally they filled the seams with polymeric super sand, compacted again, and watered it down to activate the glue in the sand. We had to wait on a few cold wet weather days before doing the final sealer. On the next warm sunny day, Leo and Carlos returned to apply the Glaze N Seal. We chose the Natural look, which really enhanced the color, without looking too shiny.Leo is a fine craftsman who clearly has extensive experience installing pavers. He was decisive and meticulous. He had to cut some tricky curves to work around the existing patio shape, and the results are impressive. The joints between pavers are narrow and consistent throughout. The grading and drainage all appears to be perfect- we've had several big rain storms since January, and we haven't had any puddles or or other issues.They left us a bunch of extra pavers and a bag of super-sand, just in case we ever need them.We love our new patio! We are extremely pleased with Brassmerica's paver work. It was nice to work with such a professional crew. Leo and Carlos were very knowledgeable about the paver work and Leo's decades of experience showed as they created a very elegant curved driveway extension to match our existing pavers.  We had quotes from other paver companies but Brassmerica's quote was very competitive and we heard great things about them through neighbors and have actually seen their work.  I felt confident they would do a great job and was not disappointed. Carlos kept me updated on when they would be able to start and had the pavers delivered prior to the estimated timeframe which was great. I could see they are very well planned and experts in their trade. Cesar and C showed up before 8am on day 1 and the crew was efficient like a well oiled machine.  I was very pleased with their progress. They even caped an old water line to ensure it would not leak any water and cause any future issues on our driveway. I appreciate their attention to detail and the pavers were almost done. Day 2 was the finished edges and power-wash plus sealer. They finished before schedule and we are very happy with the final result.  Their expertise was shown when dealing with the curves and sloping of our driveway.  Only with a lot of specialized experienced would one be able to make things right.   I highly recommend Brassmerica for any hardscape job. Carlos and Leo did a wonderful job on my backyard and helped me achieve the vision I wanted. Leo and his team installed a paver patio on the first tier and dog turf on the second tier. They were pleasant, efficient, and diligent and finished the work quickly. Leo was present to manage the project work the entire time. Carlos was easy to work with and provided great advice on how to finish and trim out both the patio and the turf area. I wanted to leave planting areas to border both the patio and the turf and Carlos patiently spent time with me as I brainstormed and he measured out what I wanted. The colours of the pavers are beautiful and the stone he used to border the patio nicely defines the planting areas so I no longer need to build planter boxes. He recommended a mower border around the turf and that turned out to be a great way to achieve a clean finish around the turf edges. While not the cheapest, his pricing was competitive and worth it for the quality of work from his team as well as his attentiveness, prompt communication, and responsiveness. Carlos and Leo were very accommodating and helpful. The morning the project started, I had to leave for work by 7am. Carlos and Leo arrived at 630am and made sure to walk me through the project and to outline with paint the specific patio and turf areas to ensure we were all on the same page. I had purchased some infill for the turf from a landscaping company and didn't realize it came in a 50-lb bag. I had just had shoulder surgery and couldn't get it home easily. So Carlos and Leo picked it up for me. The turf was delivered days later than expected and without batting an eye, Carlos rescheduled his crew to return and install and finish up the day after it was finally delivered. Leo and Carlos are the best it can get!  Their prices are reasonable for the quality that you get!  It has been said that the true test of a professional is how they handle things when things go wrong.  I had a back paver stone patio installed as well as a driveway.  The driveway looked fantastic, but the back patio looked slightly too sloped.  I believed the workers installed the patio incorrectly.   I braced myself to hear excuses and refusals to correct the problem, instead Carlos and Leo looked at the patio and fixed the problem.  No questions asked!  You seriously cannot find more honest and skillful workers than Brasmerica!  The hardest thing in life is finding honest, skilled, fairly priced contractors.   Once you do find those type of workers you never let go.  I will always keep Brasmerica in my rollodex for my friends as well as myself.  I cannot recommend Brasmerica enough,in terms of honesty, integrity, and price! What can I say?!  Carlos and his team made quick work of our backyard full of thick ugly concrete, big old brick bbq, and sturdy (but old and ugly) patio cover.  They completed the job faster than Carlos had even estimated, bringing heavy equipment, trucks and strong energetic workers who couldn't have been nicer and easier to work with!  So quick and professional!  Before they left, even the street and sidewalks had been hosed off, leaving barely a trace of what had been an enormous pile of refuse, big trucks and bobcats--and all for a very reasonable price! I had this company put pavers in my backyard. They were absolutely amazing. I was so happy because they were available immediately. The four man crew that they brought in to demolish my backyard worked quickly and efficiently. The following day they had a different three person crew that installed the pavers. I spoke to Carlos regarding the work I needed.First of all he picked up the phone and was punctual for our appointment. He took time to understand exactly what I needed. The scope of the work consisted of working in a tight work space where most of the work had to be carried out by hand. They had to cut and remove concrete. The concrete had to be jackhammer into small pieces and hand lifted to the dumpster. Next they had to clean remove white rock and old metal left there from a previous pool. We had old planter boxes also removed. I had them bring in by hand 2.5 yards of sand... All by hand. I could not be happier by how efficient and clean the work was conducted. Great group of guys ... What more could I say that has not been said about Brasmerica?
