Class times are varied enough that, even between two jobs and being a mom, I can still make it to a class every day. Workouts are always new and exciting, classes are full of real people with real goals, and I've never felt stronger than I do now after 6 months of working out with Nate. Definitely recommend!
Nate provides a comprehensive full body workout specifically design for each individual. He also provides great workouts in a group setting. Although I’m no longer working out with Bragg Fitness, because of my hectic schedule, I’m down 45 lbs because the techniques and exercises that Nate taught me to use at home daily. I love going here. Each class is different so you do not get bored from repetition. If you need any modifications to exercises, you are given alternate things to do so you can still participate. I haven't done the same workout twice since starting at Bragg Fitness. The location and class times are super convenient. Nate is a personable, laid-back instructor, but will still push you hard enough to reach your goals! The small group setting is perfect for those who feel insecure about joining other gyms or being "good" at fitness. Nate is awesome! He makes working out fun and gets a lot done in a short amount of time. He also works with you and tailors the work out to what you need and can do!

Another great workout with Nate he destroyed my arms today. When we first started our training sessions my first session I was extremely out of shape and could barely do a 30min workout. Now he has gotten me to the point were I can do a one hour workout. My cardio has definitely improved and is a lot better than it has been as well as my balance and coordination. We mainly focus on low weight high repetitions and cardio. My BMI has dropped a bit as well. I could go on with improvements I’ve seen but if you’re training with him you can probably notice in yourself as well. Nate really knows how to keep you pumped and full of energy. Especially with those awesome beats! Each workout we did was challenging, but fun and I left feeling like a new woman! I highly recommend him.
Nate keeps the work outs super fun yet intense! He's always switching it up every class is never the same. It really helps make the one hour your with him fly by. Not to mention those SICK beats!! Highly recommend if you need a better atmosphere for working out at. The group classes aren't too big, so you still get great indivduized attention. Guaranteed fun activities and learning new stuffs and meeting new friends at this fitness studio. The personal trainer is the best in town to teach one on one if you request.
