When I got engaged and needed to find a wedding photographer, Bradley was my first choice. Working with photography daily, I was very vocal of my expectations. Bradley was understanding and confident he could provide top notch service.  Prior to my wedding day, we reviewed the shot list, he provided input on what he recommended for poses. He also set clear expectations on his shot time line and delivery of the photos. Sure enough, without fail - he showed up on time, happy and excited to not only see his friend get married but also a see a client of his say I do. He also brought with him a second shooter. (I will say, I would have used another second shooter as you could tell who shot what and edits were different. When I provided that feedback to Bradley he was grateful for the open dialogue and thanked me.) Within a week, I was provided sneak peaks which got me really excited to see the rest. Sure enough, within a 3-5 weeks, I received a drop box with over 400 edited photos for me to use that my discretion. One thing I am very thankful for was he gave me full production rights on printing my own images the sizes and the way I wanted vs trapping me into a package that wasn't going to include what I wanted and the vision I had for my photos. Needless to say, I had a great experience with Bradley and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a passionate and talented photographer. He is also not pigeon holed into just weddings, he is overall an extremely talented life style and product photographer. I have worked with friends before and it has gone both ways - but even 2 years later, I look at the photos he took and I smile. To me, photos tell a tale, they capture a moment forever in stillness. Some people just have it. Bradley is an extremely gifted photographer that I have worked with for the better part of a decade. I absolutely would not dream of hiring anyone else to shoot for my personal or professional photography needs.As an Art Director, I have been on many photoshoots. Some shoots have huge budgets, top tier talent, and big brand names, while others are more modest. It is extremely easy to tell when someone chooses to skimp on the photographer (images out of focus, unflattering angles, inconvenient lens flare, overprocessed editing, etc.) I can confidently say that Bradley's talent surpasses certain celebrity photographers who charge upwards of $50k per day to shoot. I'm not even exaggerating, you seriously need to book him before some celebrity discovers Bradley and the rest of us "regular joe's" won't be able to afford him (for real though).A few years ago, I had my first child and decided it was time to hire a professional photographer to document our family through the years. Even with all of my experience on photoshoots, I loathe being photographed. I'd like to think I'm generally a pretty normal-looking human being, but I always look super awkward on camera. I am ALWAYS the one who blinks/moves/forgot to pose, etc. Anytime someone tags me in a Facebook photo, I am genuinely scared to see what I look like. If I'm lucky, I like 1 out of every 50 photos I take.Bradley has uncanny talent not just for Photography, but for Art Direction. On our first shoot, he had me go look for photos that I wanted to imitate, and then helped me do it. He will tell you exactly how to stand, where to look, how you should smile, what the F to do with your hands, where to stand, everything! I used to dread seeing photos of myself until I met Bradley. Now every time I hire him, I can't wait to get the photos and broadcast his images to the world (sorry about all the photos on your newsfeed guys, but I can't help myself because DAMN we look good.)Additionally, he is able to get beautiful photos of my dog and toddler (in focus, with perfect lighting, and beautiful composition - I swear he sold his soul to the devil for these skills because I can't even get ONE decent photo of my little girl even in burst mode).He also does an amazing job with editing (especially considering that he gives you more photos from every session than you could possibly ever need.) I am incredibly picky with photo editing since that's what I do for a living, and I pretty much never need to photoshop the images (I've been known to be ridiculous and photoshop the veins out of my eyeballs sometimes but that's a whole other issue...)To be honest though, since his foundational skills are so strong, there really doesn't need to be much editing.I could also go on about how he is one of the funniest human beings on this planet. He gets me to laugh so hard that I snort and cry. Maybe that's his reaL secret to getting his clients to look so joyful (you evil genius- I see exactly how you do it now!)He is the best, I can't recommend him enough.Also if you are super nervous he will let you drink wine on the shoot. Bradley was great!  He showed up on time, took some amazing photographs of our store, and provided an outstanding product the very next day.  I was operating under a tight deadline, as I needed the photos quickly to finalize my company's website.  Bradley said he could have photos to me two days after the shoot, but delivered them after only one day.  There were also a couple of window stickers that our sign company forgot to remove, and I didn't catch it beforehand.  I asked Bradley to photo-shop out the unwanted stickers.  He did took care of it, no questions asked.  I can recommend Bradley with a full endorsement! This guy is an AWESOME photographer and human being. I am affiliated with a dog rescue in San Diego, and we've recently had a chance to work with him for some portraits of our adoptable pups to be featured on our website. Brad was easy to communicate with from day 1 and he was fantastic to work with on-site. The turnaround time was phenomenal (we shot on a Saturday morning and he had the pics edited, processed, and sent over by the end of that night), and the photos were absolutely perfect. He went above and beyond on our requests. Brad was great at capturing our pups in their most natural and comfortable light. Our rescue dogs are cute to begin with, but Brad did a wonderful job making them even cuter for their "glamour shots". We will no doubt continue to use him and his generously donated talents. Let me start by saying that Bradley makes things super easy as he is easy to get along with but is up front and honest about everything. He is all business while working but has a great attitude about everything. Bradley shot our wedding at the end of October and we couldn't be happier with the results. He was super easy to get along with leading up to and on the day of the wedding. He will suggest what he thinks will work best but is always willing to listen to your ideas as well. There are few times in life where I've believed that things have happened for a reason. Bradley photographed our wedding and my husband and I knew from the start that it was "meant to be". Long story short, my (now) husband and I were in San Diego (we live in Long Beach) for the Sing Dance Crawl 2015. As we were walking to our next venue my husband started a conversation with a really nice guy, who mentioned he was a photographer and gave us his contact info. He told us to reach out if we still needed someone to shoot the wedding. After an exchange of a few emails and just ONE conversation later, the rest was history.Bradley, not only worked with us on our date (which for him was kind of last minute), he was willing to travel, looped in a colleague of his (Stephanie De La Riva...who was awesome) to help since it was a larger rehearsal dinner and wedding. MOST of all, he was the sweetest, coolest, most professional, take-charge kind of guy you would want to be at your wedding.At the end of the day, Bradley and Stephanie rocked it!! Brad is awesome, simply put. He's a longtime friend of mine, but this review isn't about that. Brad shot my proposal to my now-wife last year, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the results. Given that it was a surprise proposal, he was able to capture the most candid moments and turn them into imagery that my wife and I will cherish for our lifetimes. The guy even showed up completely incognito so that we wouldn't notice him as we walked in and potentially spoil the surprise. And after the proposal was done, he took a bunch of other photos of us that we both absolutely love, and really made the day/event a special one. I've never been so happy with the outcome of a photographers work until I met brad. My 4 year old and I went to the cactus gardens in balboa park to do some pictures thinking I could get just a few shots and by surprise every picture came out more then I could ever ask for! He was so good with my daughter and knew how to interact with her to get her to pay attention and smile when he wanted her to. That is half the battle for a parent. I had dj'd at a wedding that Bradley was shooting at, and noticed how he would always know exactly where to be moments before the best moments would happen. That really caught my eye. To see someone who was as friendly with guests be so aware of where the picture perfect moments would be unfolding throughout the evening. This is rare to say the least. I had a conversation with him, and made a friend that truly loves what he does. So we had him do photos of our pregnancy. To which he provided roughly 800 raw photos for us to go through, and pick our favorites from. His equipment is second to none. So even I, with a huge nose, look pretty good in the images Bradley captured. He also has a refreshing wit about him that makes it easy to be continuously smiling. If you are lucky enough to book Bradley for your professional photography needs, congratulations. You have the best money can buy in San Diego and Orange County. You will not be disappointed. When my original wedding photographer had scheduling conflicts, Bradley was referred to me as an alternate and I could not have been any happier working with him. We kept a very open dialogue about the look and feel I wanted in our wedding photos, made me feel comfortable about the process, and was very receptive to my ideas. On the day of the wedding, he was on time, dressed impeccably for our event, and brought a second photographer so not a single minute went unrecorded. His traditional "wedding photography" style shooting is above par, but what truly sets Bradley apart is his expertise in shooting nightlife as well as portraits and stills.
