Joined for a 6 week body transformation challenge and absolutely love these workouts. Ben and the other coaches are very good at what they do and will motivate you to go above and beyond your comfort zone. I'm only 3 weeks in to the challenge UT I already plan on keeping a membership there along with other memberships not on the Cape. Basically keeping others because summer traffic is about to kick in. Highly recommended Cross Fit no matter your what physical shape you are currently in. They will get you where you want to be. More...

Effective coaching and constant communication. It is important for the client to trust and understand the vision of the trainer and it is the trainers job to understand the clients goals and work towards his/her goals with an actionable plans and steps.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
You must enjoy the process of hard work. Goals are great but you will never get there by doing something you do not enjoy.
