Great food (ancho chili New York strip and sea bass) and service (Vanessa and her entire team is top notch with making sure our drinks were kept full, and my discerning appetite satisfied). Now on to the "missing link." A long grey bearded man with a man bun (side note - are man buns still relevant?) who seemed to be the meanager never found the time to ask about our meal. He was too busy breaking the City of Santa Clara health code by allowing his beard hairs to fall into plates of food. Ewww!I generally do not like being downgraded to the Pub, but always pleasantly surprised by the level of service. we have eaten at a few of Michael Mina's restaurants and are in love with his food. so we decided to try this one. service was amazing. we got there just after 4 pm on Friday and were seated right away. we started with the pretzels and cheese sauce. AMAZING. usually you don't have enough cheese and have to ration the tiny bowl, but there was plenty and we loved every bite. only wish there was more pretzels. the main courses were good, nothing exciting, but there are more items we want to try next time. we checked in on yelp to unlock the free desserts. we ordered the strawberry shortcake and strawberry chocolate cake. the the head chef came out and chatted with us and said he would be back with something special for us. he returned with 2 coffee ice cream bars and 2 deconstructed caramel apple cheesecakes. one for each of us so we didnt need to share! OKAY!!! AMAZING. I am not a fan of coffee flavored things, but this ice cream was so good that i couldnt stop eating it. it was like an amazing afagato. but our favorite was the deconstructed cheesecake. that was SO delicious. every bite was perfection.  we were absolutely shocked by the desserts for each of us. very generous and cant wait to go back to try something else. I highly recommend the the Bourbon Pub  if you are looking for a fun time with friends. I just had one of the best dining experiences at local pub.   Some friends and I went out to celebrate a team member's new career opportunity and we happened upon the Bourbon Pub down at the 49'ers stadium. Daniel and Ken took great care of our group.  The service was quick and the good was great.   It's nice to find a pub that has a personable team with a great sense of humor and good food.  In addition to that you can catch almost any game you want to watch.  Congrats Bourbon Pub on a great experience.  (Gordon, you have a great team.  Keep up the great work. ) More...

Came here for happy hour NOT during a game day. Was still pretty busy, but thats because a company was using most of the area for their own event. Still, had a great time, drinks were fantastic and the food was good. My only gripe is that its expensive, but you get what you pay for. So great! From the time we came in, staff was excellent! Ronnie was our cheerful libation tour guide as she made suggestions from their unique list of cocktails. We called ahead to make reservations and then called to confirm that we could order happy hour at the reserved table. Person on the phone said no we could not and cancelled our reservation. We get to the pub and are told that there is no room and in fact you can order happy hour at a reserved table. We were pretty frustrated and so we caused a stink but the manager Julius was really helpful and actually seated us despite the person on the phone cancelling our reservation. Yesterday, my husband and I ate here. I just have to start by saying how " hospitable, professional, and welcoming!" every one of the staff members were. From the front desk when we walked in, to our server "Stephanie," to Sal and even the new Chef Angel! They actually all personally introduced themselves, that's how much of an impression they left on me (and I'm bad with names). I felt like we were getting the royal treatment, and almost famous! My husband inquired about a dish, they brought it out "complimentary" just so he could try it. They continued to come check in on us, making sure everything was amazing. The Chef came out about 3 times to personally speak with us. The food was amazing, and we will definitely be returning, every time we go see our 49ers! The service and staff are the main reason I come back to Bourbon! I love how they ask if anyone in the party has any special dietary restrictions/ allergies and they take time to explain the menu since we're all indecisive. All of the cocktail drinks that were recommended were amazing, I would give 5 stars to the drinks alone!Our party ordered a bunch of different dishes and shared with each other including dessert. The skirt steak with the chimichurri sauce was my favorite dish of the night. I always look forward coming back to this restaurant whenever I'm in town. Would highly recommend!! More...

My friend and I grabbed lunch at Bourbon Pub. Still my favorite sports bar. Love the venue, great service, and yummy food. Sadly, there's not enough of a customer base for the restaurant to be open on the weekends (except when the 49ers are playing) so if you want to come, you'll have to swing by on a weekday.My favorite item on the menu is the pretzels with beer cheese, and I order it every visit. It's like crack. I could even eat an entire order of this alone if need be (and I have haha). For my entree, I got the Gold Rush burger and my friend got the brisket sandwich. Both were fine and filling. We were excited that tater tots was an option for the side, so we both ordered them. The tots were perfect and I dipped mine into the leftover cheese sauce, yum! We both got free desserts with Yelp check-in so I got the strawberry shortcake and my friend got the chocolate cake. They were both really pretty. The strawberries in the shortcake were nicely sweet, and we liked the surprise of crispy bits within the shortcake. The chocolate cake was rich and moist. From the cocktail menu, I got the Blood Moon (four roses bourbon, cinnamon, allspice dram, red wine float) and my friend got the Gamma Ray (bank note 5 yr scotch, grand mariner, blackberry, lemon). This is by far one of the best restaurants in town. The dining room has a beautiful ambiance with tall ceilings and exposed beams that hold up the Levi's stadium. Plus it has an open kitchen concept that adds on to the chaotic flavor of the atmosphere. I had the wings, truffle taters tots and nachos as my starter and I truly recommend you do the same. The nachos come with a fun table side cutting presentation and they taste wonderful! For my main course I had the gold rush burger, which didnt disappoint. I allowed the server to choose my cocktails and surprise me, after asking me what kind of cocktails I liked I was pleasantly surprised with The Standard, which has now become my favorite cocktail. Decided to try the Bourbon Pub since I have never been to Levis' Stadium. Stephanie was out server, she recommended couple of things that's pretty popular (Nachos and Turkey burger) and they are quite excellent for stadium Pubs. She is very attentive as well. I wouldn't have to ask or say anything. She basically reads my mind before I say anything. Excellent service. She set the bar very high for Levi Stadium service. Our friends have been raving about Bourbon Pub since late last year.  We finally went with yesterday for lunch and OMG the whole experience was terrific.  Stephanie was our Server.  Great service and very knowledgeable about the menu and excellent suggestions.  I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, the best I've ever had. Chicken was tender, moist and perfect spice.  My husband had the Kobe Beef burger which was new on the menu. This was suggested by Stephanie, it was cooked to perfection and enjoyed to the max. We started with the Nachos. Again the best I've ever had. Chef Anthony came to visit our table. He has such passion about his menu and the Restaurant. It shows in all his dishes. For dessert we shared with our friends a trio of dessert. Chef Anthony was very proud of the new Strawberry Shortcake and it was delicious as well as the chocolate cake.  Our friends had had his Key Lime Pie on a prior visit and wanted to order but it was deleted from the menu. Chef Anthony surprised us with an on the spot Key Lime for us, absolutely delicious. Bourbon Pub is an amazing place with amazing food and service as well.  Can't wait to return. 10/10My best friend's mother was in town so we wanted to treat her to some of the finer things in life. But we also wanted to watch the warriors. Pub was the best option. From the attentive servers to the delicious food offerings it was enjoyed by everyone at the table. We started with the beef Bourgogne special and The Nachos. What isn't better with a fried egg on top. My buddy decided that steaks would be the best option so we had a tomahawk, skirt and our other friend had the snapper which was as she said "perfect for the season". Obviously you don't come to a Mina restaurant without ordering the tartare. A classic. Big ups to Mr Kalinic for coming out to give us the rundown on all the delicious offerings set out on our table. Champagne and beers were enjoyed by half of the table. While my buddy and his mother kept the Kaizens rolling. Some really great wines by the glass including the montepulciano. So delicious and a really cool place to eat.  It's a bit pricy but you're paying for the experience.  I definitely recommend. Food (5/5): The Gold Rush Burger was delicious. The Nachos were an experience. But the Truffle Tater Tots are a must. They are so tasty and crispy!!!  The portions are good sized so you will not leave here hungry. Quantity is a quality. Service: The staff here is very professional. They give great recommendations and the food comes relatively quick.  Overall, this is a great place for a date or even to just hangout with some friends. Made reservations through Open Table, though they contend it wasn't received. Was able to get seated in a booth. When asking for Happy Hour menu, was told they really don't have a happy hour (sign out front says 4-6 happy hour). Was given a Secret Menu with no discounts on drinks. This is disappointing. Bourbon Pub should be your go-to sports bar for any big game.  Whether or not you are with a small group or a large party, there is something on the menu for everyone and many TVs to watch multiple games at the same time. My favorites are the steak sandwich, nachos and kale salad.  They also switch up the menu often -- currently they have BBQ specials like ribs and pulled pork sandwiches!Service is always nice and friendly.  Parking is also easy in the structure / lots across the street (you don't need to valet if you don't want to). Very nice place located in Levi's Stadium with public access. It features an open kitchen so you can observe the happenings while you wait. The pub also has several televisions so you can keep up with the game. I sat at the bar & asked the bartender what he suggested to eat. He named a few items, but "The Nachos" stood out to me. The only description on the menu was, "fried egg, beef chili." The food came quickly (within 10 minutes) & I was surprised at what was on my plate. It appeared to be a stack of tostada shells. The server must have noticed, & asked if I had ordered it before. He proceed to explain they place pureed avocado & cheddar sauce between each layer to ensure each chip is covered in goodness. The tower was topped with sour cream, chili, & a fried egg. He then took out a mini pizza rocker & proceeded to cut the tower into pieces, effectively turning it into nachos.
