Stefanie is a highly knowledgeable, well-trained physical therapist that I would reccomend to anyone. Suffering from running injuries, Stefanie was able to provide personalized care through individual sessions, and took time to understand the core issue and customize my plan to recovery. About two weeks out from my first marathon, Stefanie reassured me my training would not go to waste, and coached me through recovery exercises and stretches to get me prepared for the big day. All of my sessions with Stefanie were extremely valuable- from evaluation, treatment, and then to a recovery deep tissue masssge. I give credit to being able to finish my first marathon to Stefanie. It is easy to see her compassion for her patients, and truely cares about their recovery by making sessions personal, and catering recovery to the unique individual.
