i decided to pick up a bouquet of flowers for a friend in the hospital. as other reviews said, attitude was very brusque and abrupt, a straight forward "take it or leave it" attitude. but beautiful display of mostly roses and not too much variety aside from the usual lillies hydrangeas, carnations, also bird of paradise and fragrant fillers. Price was fair for a dozen long stem roses and extra babies breath were added upon request. I wouldnt hesitate to return to buy more flowers for other occasions with a clear plan of what i want and be able to pick them out myself and purchase on the spot. pictures included show flowers on the day of purchase. very beautiful! I discovered this flower shop completely by accident on Mother's Day. I was coming home from work from Long Island and was stuck in typical mother's day traffic. I couldn't take it anymore so I exit and took local home through Union Turnpike near Hollis Hills. I figure I would just buy flowers from the nearest store by my mom's house. Soon enough, as I drove down Union Turnpike, I saw a few big Mother's Day flowers sign. I had to pull over and give it a look. Sure enough I found beautiful flowers for a reasonable price on Mother's Day. This flower shop business looks to be a family owned business. The woman who helped me outside the store I believe was the mother, husband and son worked inside. I really respect their work ethics. The young man who works inside reminded me of myself when I was his age. Hustling and bustling, helping family and making an honest living. I highly recommend this flower shop. Their flowers look gorgeous and healthy. Finding parking around the block on the residential streets is a breeze. I know where to get my flowers from now on. More...

Where do I begin? As soon as I walked in this beautiful woman greeted me. After her wonderful smile I noticed her beautiful floral arrangements! ! GORGEOUS FLOWERS! I wanted them all! I rarely give 5 star reviews but Luis was so sweet, helpful, and patient while helping us get a bridal bouquet together. He helped us put it together on the spot for a same-day wedding. He also provided us with excellent customer service and flexibility in arranging a bouquet. I would definitely return! Luis is the best! This is my second time ordering from Bosmat Florists. I live in Minneapolis and placed last minute orders over the phone. The owner was very accommodating and offered to send me a photo of the arrangement before delivery . She also sent me a screen shot of the receipt. Product - 5 stars - bought a bouquet of roses, they were fresh, long stem, and priced at $20 Service - 2 stars - the owner/manager did not bother to greet me or offer help in selecting a product. Although she was busy helping another customer, a simple "hello, I'll be right with you" would've enhanced my experience at the store. Update on Service - the proprietor of Bosmat flowers reached out to me and was very willing to help make my next experience positive, this shows that Bosmat does care about its customers experiences and is willing to improve impressions. I'm telling you Bosmot florist is the only place to shop for your flower needs!  Incredibly friendly and reasonable prices. I live in Crown Heights. Bosmat Flowers comes and sets up a stand in my neighborhood on Kingston Ave every Friday and before every Jewish holiday. The flowers they sell are exquisite. And the prices are unbelievably fair for the quality. I go and photograph their flowers almost every Friday. They are absolutely beautiful. I have used Flowers in Queens two times. The first time was for my mother's birthday. Everything was as promised and the flowers were perfect. My mom loved them!!The second time I ordered some flowers for my wife's birthday and on the day of delivery, we got something completely different from what I had ordered.I called to complaint and spoked with the owner. She was very gracious and apologized profusely. She found out that her supplier at the delivery address, for some reason, decided to send whatever they had instead of what was ordered without notifying her. She offered to make it right by re-making a new order based on what I had originally ordered free of charge. I was very pleased with the way she handled the situation. This is my go to florist. This is a family operated business and the owner and his wife are very nice, fair, genuine people. I get floral arrangements done here for every special occasion. I always tell then how much I want to spend, what I like, what the occasion is and they create the perfect bouquet. I can call ahead and it would be waiting for me to pick up. I just picked up a get-well flower arrangement and they crafted a lovely arrangement of roses, tulips, hydrangeas, irises and stock.
