We run a Fat Loss Boot Camp, that shapes and tone your body through various exercises that we perform. We start off slow and this is determined by the fitness level and we continue to progress from there to help you achieve your goal.

You get the best workout in 45 minutes. No joke people if you ever doubted yourself or this type of workout,trust me,this workout is intense and the TRAINER IS AWESOME. I was hesitant to join anywhere to pick up working out again. This place has it all for any ability. From beginners to advanced. I have several health issues and an injury, the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable and can modify your workouts within your limits. They are able to give you results. Even though I just started I can say I felt I've had a good workout without discomfort. I would definitely recommend coming in and trying it out for yourself. You will be in good hands. :) More...

Well it's Wed. Morning ( next morning) and Chris & Ernestine, I don't feel any more pain and stiffness than I did yesterday. I've been doing some form of physical therapy / exercise since surgery for scoliosis in 2003. Surgical scar tissue has been a big problem for me. Over the years as I progress I move to more aggressive forms of activity as my range of motion, physical strength etc needs improvement so I can live the life I was born to live. Some forms have been recommended and others not but I incorporated anyway. This is where prayer and overcoming faith comes in.......... You know the kind that says "quit? Humph". For I can do all things by Christ which strengthens me. You are as you think. Now I can do what is recommended by man..... Even learned professionals or I can pray to God and ask Him to lead and guide me and my choices and put my trust in Him and the truth that my body and ALL of its muscles tendons and fascia will work as He planned! ......... I didn't mean to preach but I believe we all need to share to increase the lot of all and I believe in giving credit and honor to God and all of His helpers. So.......,. This morning I'm good ..........and on my way to Boot Camp Michigan......... This is where I learned how to roll out rather than to stretch muscles. We look at the person's body type and that will determine the exercises that we were a part from perform as well as we do a meal prep along with a written health analysis test that pinpoints what other issues that they might have healthwise that's limiting them to achieve their goals. Such things might be liver, gallbladder, insomnia, endometriosis, cysts, tumors, heavy blood flow, blood clots etc... things that will prevent you from reaching your progress.

Personally I love changing a persons body and giving them that satisfaction that they are capable of doing it.
