First of all, I was so glad to find a company that does windows. Most cleaning companies do not clean windows. Frank and his two assistants, Eileen and Lisa, did a marvelous job cleaning our many windows, some of which are quite hard to reach. The work was meticulously done, and the customer service was outstanding in terms of courteousness, communication, and timeliness. My experience with these professionals was excellent in every way. Friendly and respectful they proceeded to clean my furniture from top to bottom, going over every inch. They didn t rush through the process and made sure everything was clean when they finished. And my ottoman was pretty dirty! I really didn t think it would come totally clean, but it did!! My fiance and I recently bought our home and our basement is partially finished. After moving in we utilized the basement for some storage and we did some painting down there. This accumulated a lot of dust in addition to many cob webbs and other debris. I noticed that cleaning this area was a task I did not want to take on myself. After searching for a cleaning company on the internet, I hired Boldsay LLC to help clean up this area. I first met Frank and had a scheduling conflict on my part. Frank was extremely patient and understanding. He took the time to go into the area with me and give me an idea of the services they would provide and a price estimate. Frank even still offered to do the job right then. When I requested he come back on another day, he went above and beyond to be even more accomodating by scheduling the exact date and time I suggested. Frank and one other lady (I forget her name, I apologize!) came to clean the basement. They did an outstanding job! The basement is spotless with no more evidence of cob webbs, dust/debris and they cleaned the carpets which left the whole basement with a fresh scent. In addition to all of that, they even organized all of the storage matierals that were scattered around my basement into my crawl space areas after cleaning them! Such a great expereince and a reasonable price for some very hard work! I plan to hire them to come back in the spring to clean my interior and exterior windows and any future cleaning jobs! As a person whos works in the service industry I can say Frank was exceptional to work with. He returned calls and texts promptly, Listened to my concerns and followed up on a "30 min heads-up" text as to when he was arriving. Everyone including Frank was warm, professional, extremely respectful and thorough. We had pet stains that were visible on our carpets and within 2 hours everything came out uniform and clean. We moved all the loose items to make it easy for them but Frank found a few other things that were touching the floor and took it upon himself to fold them out of the way until the project was done.
