Every year, I spend a few months in Phoenix to give my arthritic body some relief from the cold and damp canadian Winters. Went for a 90 min deep tissue, nothing fancy about the massage room but that's not important to me as much as the massage and the outcome. I came there with a lot of calf and quad pain (from a rigorous hike earlier in week) and left 100% better. Massage was thorough and even the conversation was good. I've seen several massage therapists in Phoenix. Christian is by far the best I've been to and is the only one that has me wanting to reschedule. :) I scheduled over the phone and was able to get in pretty quick. The space was clean and professional. He has a very warm and authentic demeanor. His technique was amazing! Maintained a perfect balance of relieving the tension while staying under my pain threshold. He is the first MT to ever massage my face and work out the tension from TMJ pain. After a day of soreness and wanting to start my week off painless I Yelped massages open late and found Chrisitan.  These hours work well for my schedule and my massage was absolutely amazing, I left feeling relaxed and my muscles were defiantly loosened up.  All the pressure applied was perfect and with the reflexology factor my body felt like a million bucks after the pressure points were pushed correctly.  I'll be continuing to use Christian in the future for all my massage needs More...

Christian is a skilled & professional masseur who was able to help me out with some tension neck & shoulder pain I was experiencing (due to long hours at my computer). I messaged him on a weekend, and he was able to get me in quickly. I experienced nearly immediate relief and went for a follow-up session which was just as gratifying. And his use of aromatherapy enhances the experience greatly! I appreciate his excellent communication & ease in scheduling appointments outside of my busy office hours. I have one of those jobs that keeps me in a chair 99% of the time; as I've gotten older, my rejection of all suggestions from the ergonomics expert at work has resulted in persistent neck, back and arm pain.  I try to get massage therapy on the regular so the pain never gets unbearable, but the past few months have been crazy and I've neglected my personal wellness. Thus I found myself in a great deal of pain during a recent trip to Phoenix. Desperate, I checked Yelp for a local clinic and found Christian. He was able to see me the next day in the comfort of my hotel room. I had reservations about inviting a stranger into my hotel room, but Christian immediately put me at ease with his friendly and polite demeanor. It's clear that he truly cares about his clients and their well-being, and he is passionate about wellness. Within one hour, he performed miracles on my neck, back and arms - SERIOUSLY! His rates are incredibly reasonable; he only charged me $40 after learning I found him on Yelp, which he did not have to do because I did not notice this when I read his Yelp page. His regular rate is much less than I would have expected for a first-rate massage at home (or in my case, in my hotel).If you have not been making time for a massage due to the price or because you haven't been able to fit it into your schedule, you're out of excuses! I found Christian after my former CMT moved away. After my first massage I was blown away from the new places he found that were knotted up that my old CMT missed. I've been having a weekly massage from Christian for a year now and it's been great! He will perform new techniques that I've not had before, and although it can be painful the end result feels so good, especially when you feel the knot release!I highly recommend Christian, once he works on you, you won't want to switch to anyone else! I had the opportunity to first use Christian a couple months ago, I have continued to see him on a regular basis. It was great to have him come to my home to do my massage. My neck, shoulders and upper back were giving me so many issues from just sitting at my computer for so long several days in a row. He was very professional in the way he removed all the knots that were in my back, neck and shoulders. Christian was very attentive asking if he was applying too much pressure or not.  What a relief it was the next day to be able to move about again painlessly!   I highly recommend using Bodywork by Christian for an in home massage to relieve any body pains you may have or getting a relaxing massage just because!  His prices are very reasonable.
