It's VERY important - we are what we eat! What you consume plays a very important role in how our bodies perform.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By working with them to find any problematic areas and working to strengthen any weaknesses. This is done by assessments, proper nutrition and proper workout programs.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Dedication and a proper mind set. If you have these tools along with a great coach/support/trainer - results should be easily obtained.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people and showing them they CAN achieve what they never thought they could.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be my own brand and not that of a gym. Sometimes businesses lose sight of the importance in this industry which is helping people NOT sales.
