I do crossfit at body and soul but also work out inside the main facility. There are different exercise options for everyone, even kids. The gym is a hidden Gables area gym. I didn't know it existed after 15 years of living in Miami. There is a good vibe of people working out. Instruction is high quality including Coaches Alonso, Taljebini, Rodriguez, Schillen, and Marrero. Crossfit members get gym access which is nice, not only for the gym machines, but also to take a nice clean shower. I have been going for over 3 years. They also have juice bar and easy access parking (very convenient). I would recommend putting a large fan inside the crossfit box though to make it a little more pleasant for the members, and offering 415 class everyday. More...

I work near by to this location so why not give it a try. I LOVED IT. Extremely knowledgeable trainers, friendly staff, lots of variety of classes to choose from. They also have a smoothie bar. They have a open gym for those who want to do there own thing. But there's a small restriction if there's too many people at the open gym, since it is a small facility they put you on a waiting list. They have several LARGE class rooms where they hold lots of different activity's. Spinning, dance, yoga, Interval training and a few others.I would definitely recommend the spinning class and actually all the classes depending on your style. All levels of physical fitness are welcomed and they welcome you with open arms. Some instructors have a tough exterior but they are extremely nice. They have showers and locker rooms for those early morning people who workout and rush to work. Towels proThings that I didn't like....Didn't like that you have to pay extra to do the boxing program. You would think you pay a membership to use the whole location but that's not the case. I also didn't like the limited parking but that's not completely there fault. I would return back to this location to really try the boxing gym and the convenience of being right next to my job. I would recommend this gym for those who aren't just starting out, those people who have been working out for a few months and want more of a challenge. More...

My B&S membership included CrossFit and gym access. IMO, this is the best CrossFit box in Miami. I have been a member of 6 boxes over a number of years and again, B&S is the best. The three factors that stand out are as follows: 1) The trainers are technically proficient. Sylvio, Eric and Orlando are great. Their focus on form and technique is the best I have seen. 2) The gym access is great. They have a real gym with great equipment. Most boxes have some rusty weights and a bench and claim they have gym access. Remember, if you CF, weight training is important. 3) The facilities are very clean. This is important as well. And for the record, Sylvio is at a different level. He is the best coach I have ever worked with by far. His mastery over technique, focus on form, knowledge regarding nutrition, and ability to teach is amazing. His personality and how he works with people is very encouraging. He recognizes that we're all at different levels and his attitude encourages you to get to the next level. Thanks for all of your help Sylvio! More...
