What do you love most about your job?
Coaching is not a job, it's my passion. When you get to work with amazing people everyday you can't help but love what you do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
You know, that feeling when (TFW), you suddenly wake up from a nightmare and you’re not sure, “is it’s real or was I dreaming.”
In your dream, you see yourself spending every day at your desk, doing the same thing, day after day, year after year…. Repeat.
You’re caught in a time loop, reliving the same day over and over… Groundhog Day. It is crushing your soul.
Once you wake up, you can’t go back to sleep. You can’t pretend you didn’t notice. I had to make a change. This was me five years ago. Finding another 9-5 office job wasn’t going to solve the problem. But honestly, I didn’t know what to do.
Not realizing it then, the Universe was sending me signals.
Long story short, I had a couple of life altering events that woke me up. My sister passing away suddenly for one and I started to listen.
I did some soul searching, had faith and lots of meditation. It wasn’t immediate but I started to get messages that I should be helping people and that’s when I decided to go back to school and get my masters in psychology and a graduate certificate in life coaching combine that with 30 years business experience. My mission is to help transform the lives of as many people as possible.

It was life changing so much so I decided to become a life and business coach so I could help more people like me because I know how when you're in the rabbit hole it can feel so lonely...it sucks.
