Hello, we had Jim come out to estimate our air conditioner . He was very professional and showed us and explained a lot to us , we had three other companies come out and even though Blue Ribbon was not the cheapest , we went with them. We used Blue Ribbon for both some indoor and outdoor lighting projects including adding landscape lighting to the front of the house. A competitive estimate was delivered on time, the work was scheduled for the next working day after accepting the proposal. They arrived on time, agreed to a few last minute changes with no problem, completed the work and cleaned and carted away everything. Even the boxes for the light fixtures we purchased. Jim Came to my home and we had an issue with our heat, he explained what happen, gave us options, and repaired it that night, he also recommended a possible replacement , two days later and three contractors later comparing companies for replacement we called Blue Ribbon Services back and we did replace our entire system , great job, clean , professional, would recommend them to anyone.
