Jay and his team were amazing! We live on a very busy street that gets a ton of dust and exhaust from constant motorized traffic. They did such a great job at removing dirt and grime from our balcony, baseboards, floors, etc. All of our stainless steel appliances and our brushed nickel faucets and hardware shine. The inside of the oven looks like new. Our beautiful laminate flooring shined. And he is such a friendly and kind-hearted man. His wife and baby were there briefly to take before and after pics and they were just so kind. His team seemed like they were all friends the way they got along so well together. They provide the kind of customer service you rarely find these days. We used their services back in January and will be using them again when we move out. We are so grateful to them and all the hard work they put into making our place clean and ready to put on the market! More...

Mr. Munoz, has been very professional through our continued correspondence. Unfortunately my company still has been sitting on a decision, but through out the waiting period Mr. Munoz has made sure to continue contact with myself to provide updates. I hope to eventually be able to work with this company. The walk through conducted by Mr. Munoz, was through and detailed. We just had Blue Coast come and deep clean our apartment after our move out and let me say they went above and beyond our expectations. They were 40 mins early and got straight to work! The 2 bed/2 bath they cleaned were occupied by my mother-in-law and her mother, to say the least, the unit wasn't the cleanest but Blue Coast handled it with a thorough clean up. The owner Jay also came by to give the 2 ladies working for him a hand. Meeting Jay was like meeting an old friend. His energy as a business owner and as a person really made him stand out. He talks to you with such enthusiasm and familiarity while also staying professional. We have no complaints with this company and we highly recommend them!!! We just used Blue Coast cleaning for our move out cleaning, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. When I requested a quote, the owner Jay contacted me within minutes and quoted me exactly what we would end up paying, not a penny more or less. It was nice to have that figure up front and not worry about the cost going up. Jay had excellent customer service and response time while coordinating the move. He made me feel like he really cared about our situation and wanted to give us the best experience and outcome possible. Our house was in decent condition prior to the cleaning, but wow...what a difference! There were no surfaces left untouched, and the house was absolutely spotless when they were finished with it. Our landlord was VERY particular in what he wanted cleaned, and Blue Coast met every meticulous expectation, and exceeded them. They cleaned under/behind/inside all appliances, even the air conditioner filter, the floors were immaculate, and there wasn’t a speck of dust ANYWHERE in the unit. They also send you before/after pictures of every aspect of your living space, which was neat to see! I can’t speak highly enough of this company and Jay. Coming from someone who worked in customer service previously, they have exemplary customer service and communication from start to finish. Wow these guys are amazing! My house is glowing after they did their first deep cleaning. They vacuumed they dusted- yes, they did that. But they also moved the furniture &cleaned underneath, detailed in my kitchen, detailed the bathrooms, did the floorboards, the doors, mirrors, china cabinet, refrigerator, sink drains and stairs. This company does a lot of things well, but customer service and communication is where they take the cake. They helped me out when I was in a bind. I had to get a cleaning done the day of and I probably called 25 cleaning service companies and no one would return my call or help me out. Finally blue coast helped me out and got the job done. Great crew, great quality, responsive service! I'm a military guy in a bind and just got hit with surprise orders to move to Florida. After a long week of sorting, packing, and loading, the last thing my wife and I wanted to do was clean our apartment. I asked for a quote at noon and they managed to fit me in the following morning. Jay and his team well exceeded my expectations for what we needed! Â We had his team clean both our place we were moving out of and the place we moved into. Â I'm SO glad we had the team do the place we moved into because even after the sellers stated they had it cleaned, Jay and his team pulled up a TON of dog hair in the carpets and floors and the house smelled so wonderful when we finally moved in. We needed to do a deep clean of our apartment to remove any traces of grime or odor that may have been attracting flies. I looked at a lot of cleaning services, and ended up looking what I got with blue coast. Jovan responded extremely quickly when I requested an estimate of the cost. Jovan and his wife came to the apartment, examined the problem areas, and told us exactly what he thought we needed. He charged us a single fee up front rather than an hourly rate; I happen to prefer this, and I definitely think blue coast was more affordable than other services would have been. The actual service was amazing - our kitchen, windows, and bathrooms were basically spotless by the end. Our carpet had been steam cleaned the day before, but they still vacuumed it with a layer of deodorizer. They got rid of what was nearly 3 years of grime from the inside of our oven and microwave.
