I needed last minute Stargazer Lillies. I frequent the Kings Center in the Hills  and had never noticed the Blossom at the Hills florist.  I found Blossom at The HillsOnline and placed my order for ten stems.I picked them up the next day, as promised. The flowers are beautiful. While a little mire than twice the $31.00 price of Amazon,  the quality and convenience are worth supporting local shops. Con, when I asked the counterman if he could trim the stems shorter to fit my vases, , he asked if I didn't have taller vases, or clippers at home...the flowers are beautiful. More...

Dawn made the most exquisite centerpieces for my wedding. I am picky with flowers (my parents owned a flower shop for many years). I gave Dawn a list of all the flowers I wanted and a drawing of my vision. She made it come to life. Every flower I wanted, in the style I wanted, she made it happen. In addition she called her vendors/growers/farmers before giving us final numbers. That alone is something you don't have done by everyone. I needed to send a sympathy arrangement to someone's home but I didn't receive the information until late in the day of the day it needed to be delivered.  I chose Blooms based solely on their proximity to the delivery address in the hopes it would help me as I pleaded for the flowers to be able to be delivered.  (I mean, I think I called at 5pm for a delivery by the end of the day.)Not only did Ray take my order and give me complete confidence that it would be exactly what I wanted and delivered that day, he was personable and pleasant, to boot.  I highly recommend this florist and will absolutely use them again. We used Blooms at the Hills for the wedding flowers on the pergola at the alter. We had a very tight flower budget so I was originally trying to do all the flowers myself. Last minute (a few days before the wedding) I had an issue with my plan and needed a florist to put together the flowers for the alter. I went to Blooms and they were great to work with. I showed them a few pictures, told them my budget and they gave me some options that would work in my budget and the ideas that I had. They were able to suggest flowers that would stand up to the July heat without wilting and that would be my biggest bang for my buck. They really made the stressful experience of a last minute change in plan very easy and stress free. Their prices were more than reasonable and the end result was stunning. We received so many complements on these flowers I couldn't believe it (well, actually I could because I was in awe of how gorgeous they were)! Between the ease of working with them, fair prices, superior knowledge and excellent flower arrangements, I just cannot say enough good things about them. We use them as our regular florist too, and have always had great experience with them. My husband has gotten me several arrangement from here and they always look stunning and last a long time. He went above and beyond by taking pictures of their current tulips and then emailing me the photos to choose from.
