Bloomers Florist exists for 2 reasons. Flowers and outstanding customer service. Owner Janine has been in the greenhouse and floral industry for 45 years. She is a fourth generation florist; her great grandmother started a floral and greenhouse business in the 1920’s.

Janine, at Bloomer's, took such great care in finding out exactly what I wanted. It was a tall order with a very limited amount of time. I could tell that Janine really cares about not only the flowers, but the people they are for.The flowers for my friend's memorial were absolutely stunning and were "so her". My husband even commented on how amazing they were and that they were better than he could have ever even asked for. The flowers were gorgeous, and I thought the price was very reasonable! @JennMiranda You have placed a dishonest review of my shop on here and on Yelp. The customer called and requested an order for you. I NEVER received a complaint from you OR the customer. Furthermore, I did a screenshot of your FB page and you used the flowers for your cover photo. I was in SF the weekend after your flowers that was placed and delivered on a Thursday. I did not forward my calls to my cell phone, and upon return, I only had one message regarding a telemarketer . I never spoke to you regarding your dissatisfaction. If I had, I would have asked if I could replace your flowers. Sometimes flowers die earlier than expected and I replace them. We are from a small town and I would never bash where you work or jeopardize the business you work at. I even sent a message to you on Yelp with no reply. I take heart in what I do. And yet I will stand up for myself and my shop if I see a review that is inaccurate. You have a right to your opinion, however, I was never rude to you because I never spoke with you. I've had unhappy experience with online florists so try to find local businesses when I can. I found Bloomers here on Google and am happy I did! I'm told they delivered promptly, the plant was blooming beautifully, and for me, the price was amazing. I hope I can use them again! Highly recommend! More...

Since this is my floral shop and I really can't defend the previous comments any other way ... The comments from Pamela and Amanda are from people who have never used my shop. They are not customers nor are they the recipients. Most likely they are from Iowa and know of a florist that I did use back in March. That florist DID charge my card again in April. She had to refund the money and then started to harass me by claiming that I was double dipping and so forth. Which I clearly did not - and I have proof of the refund that she had to give to me. She also has a Google post from another customer that she did the exact same thing. I posted a bad yet honest review and now I have these bad reviews. I take pride in my work and especially with my business ethics. Sorry that Orchid and Petals or The Wild Orchid in Des Moines, Iowa (or whatever the shop calls themselves) cannot. My shop is clean and I value the reputation of my business. Slander and false reports from people who never even purchased or received my work is pitifull. End of story. More...

They had a wonderful person take my order she followed the general direction given to her, the flowers were amazing, I let them choose and I think for what I asked they were spot on. I will highly recommend them for all my flower needs.I admit at times I get behind on getting these ordered as a present I called on Sunday and the flowers arrived on Monday before noon, awesome job Bloomers!!
