This was my first visit to Block and Board, and I ordered the Beef Brisket Sandwich. The beef was smoky and well-seasoned, and the barbecue sauce was fantastic. I was hesitant about the apple-celery slaw, as I am typically not a fan of celery, but I was surprised to find that the garnish added a fresh and zesty kick that truly elevated the experience. What inspired you to start your own business?
Portland needed a great BBQ place so I decided to develop a catering program that will cater to all foodies, including vegan and vegetarian.
