Meticulous manis and pedis. Very clean. Great hot stone massages. The staff treats all clients like family and they all know your name and preferences. Bliss is not inexpensive but they are so worth it. After trying so many nail salons in the Silicon Valley, Bliss is my go to place every two to three weeks!
