I just want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service we received from your employee. Our party of 10 was picked up on 11/11 at the Comfort Suites Tampa Airport North on West Waters Ave at 9:15 am and taken to the Port for our cruise. The driver was so polite and friendly that we asked if he would pick us up when we returned on Saturday, 11/17. He told us to call when we disembarked and he would do that. We were scheduled to disembark between 10-10:30 am, so we called and asked for the pick up at 10:30. At 10:20, the driver called to say he was there. Unfortunately, due to delays at Customs, we did not get off the ship until after 11:30!! During that time, the driver communicated with us regularly and was so kind to wait for us!! I can not tell you how very THANKFUL we were for his kindness!! And then, when he dropped us off at the airport, I left my bag on the bus and he came running after me to give it to me. What a blessing that was!! Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but here is his picture! I hope you will recognize him for his excellent service and again express our thanks! We hired Entourage to provide a few vans to move guests and their luggage around for our wedding weekend as well as for airport pickups and dropoffs. I was absolutely impressed by the service. Our drivers were outstanding, prompt and so accommodating! The vehicles were perfect! The team worked with guests who didnt speak english, some that couldnt step up into the vans, etc. Thank you Entourage and Ridell as well for making this part of our wedding stress-free!! More...
