What makes a great website?
Organized information, functionality, and experience are brought together seamlessly on a great website. A combined focus of functionality and design to enhance the user's experience. Visitors should be able to navigate a great website with ease and feel invited to stay and explore the different areas of the website. Also, a great website answers immediate, simply questions visitors may have.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Some questions asked of my clients on new projects include:
What are the two main goals for their branding?
What type of branding assets do my clients have?
What is the budget for this project?
Is this an ongoing project or a one-time project?

Describe your creative process.
Our creative process begins with a consultation to understand where a client currently is and what they need to complete their project. We then create layouts that may be possible options and we collect branding assets (logos, branded images, stock photos, access logins, etc.) from a client so once the layout is approved by client development begins on our demo site. Once all approvals and final payments are received the website is then pushed to client's live site environment.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Before we can begin a client must supply access to branding assets (logos, branded images, stock photos, access logins, etc.) and their deposit to get everything started.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing clients enjoy the simplified experience they have when working with their new websites and the increased interactions they get based on improvements to their online presence. Hearing from my clients and the newfound pride they have in sharing their updated websites is another reason why I love what I do and why it's not a job for me but rather a passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business after seeing so many women Solopreneurs struggling to launch or maintain their online presence because they had to take time away from what they ultimately love to do so they can try to learn all the new technology that comes to the business market. Helping Solopreneurs not only overcome the Tech Overwhelm but find their own voices is my goal.
