We needed a caterer that could feed 125 neighbors for annual Fall Fest! From the initial catering requests through the extremely windy event on the day of - Chef Matt V was awesome! ! He offered various pricing quotes to meet our budget. He was perfectly punctual in communication via email and phone! Like I said it was windy, but that didn't let his team skip a beat or throw the towel in. They were professionals and adapted to even the windiest of cookouts! So let me tell you about the meal! I'm still salivating thinking about it. BBQ chicken breasts cooked to perfection and kept warm for 4 hours BUT weren't dry or tasteless. Our neighbors kept coming back for MORE! An awesome Mac n' Cheese buffet set-up that, even with the wind blowing out the sternos was delivered exquisitely! And can we talk about toppings? Cheese, blue cheese, spinach, onions, bacon, chives, and on and on! Green bean almondine with sautéed onions was a star of the veggie section with kids even enjoying them!!! We rounded the meal up with potato salad and sweet rolls!Chef Matt delivered an incredible meal for our neighborhood and had a great team of Sous chefs and assistants on hand to help! I happened to stumble across this page and boy am I glad I did!! Today me and another worker tried the crawfish etouffee and it was amazing! ! That says a lot considering me and her are both from Louisiana. The cajun spiced broccoli and the collard greens were also delicious! So many things that I can't wait to try. Excellent chef that obviously knows what he's doing!! We will definitely be ordering weekly! More...
