Even if you are on a budget, you can spend two nights here and feel refreshed and like you have been away for a week. Pack a few clothes and your bathing suit, come here and just relax at the beautiful pool. Possibly the best pool in MIA.

Choosing the Biltmore Terrace Suite for my wedding day preparations was the best decision! The layout of the room allowed for my 9 brides my mom and I to get ready with room to breath. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there for the weekend. Our suite was immaculate, gorgeous and comfortable. The pool and service were so wonderful we spent from 8am till 5pm our there. We had breakfast by the pool while my husband played 18 holes of golf on the gorgeous golf course. The staff at Fontana were so attentive to our party. We did a more formal dinner the next night at Palm D’or. I can’t even put into words how perfect the service and the food was. Our entire party was impressed. The chef even put together a special vegan offering for me which was incredible. We did the Sunday brunch the next day and the family didn’t eat again till dinner time. They had everything you could imagine and more. The hotel in general was extremely vegan friendly. I didn’t feel limited to what I could eat all weekend. My husband couldn’t stop thanking me for planning the perfect weekend. 5 stars for hotel, service, ambience, food, etc. My kids want to go back soon. More...

Love having brunch at The Biltmore. My wife and I had brunch at Fontana today to celebrate Father's Day with my father in-law. We usually just deal with the lack of vegan options but decided to ask if something could be prepared vegan for my wife and I since we really wanted to enjoy a breakfast item. After being told "No" from the server my father in-law asked to speak to a manager. It took over 30 min for a manager to come to the table. In the end they ended up making gluten free vegan buckwheat pancakes for us. Our servers Jamila and Ram were awesome. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because in 2018 in South FL where there is a huge vegan population it shouldn't be a battle to get something prepared especially when you're paying a premium. This beautifully Spanish-designed hotel has an extraordinary History and hosted many celebrities (guess how it got its suite name "Al Capone" from).
It hides two real gems - a gigantic pool surrounded by columns, magically enhanced with the sunset, and a gourmet restaurant at bargain prices. A must.
