This is what customer service should be. I requested a quick quote via yelp and received a response within 10 minutes. They scheduled me for the next day between four and six, but showed up at 3 o'clock. They called me first to make sure it was OK. They came early, and came in under budget. The admin staff was awesome, and fixed a minor invoice error within minutes. The plumber was knowledgeable, clean and a very fast worker. I had all of the drains under house and in walls replaced, a mainline clean out installed and main sewer line cleaned out and added sewer liner.   The mainline was cracked in several places and tree roots growing inside.  The sewer liner has a 50 year warranty.  All BigOs employees worked very hard and put in two very long days.  Very happy with the quality of work. I have so many good things to say about Bigos. Seems like I'm always in crisis mode when I call them.  I've been lucky enough to get immediate help even when the wonderful women on the other end of the phone line, Stephanie or Linda tell me they are slammed that day.  They are sympathetic and work me in.  I was amazed when they stayed until it was dark, to finish replacing a gas line in the backyard.  A mountain of dirt came out of that trench and to my surprise it was replaced, cleaned and tidied up with the hose, looked great, worked well. And most important those exhausted plumbing experts were so nice and even cheerful at the end of a very long day for them.  I've had good response times.   There is always good communication between me, the office and plumbers.  All have been professional.  All have been cool people to work with. I have used these guys a couple times, but recently was some work. I had to replace all the water shut offs under all my sinks and toilets and repair a leak from my shower to my below neighbor. The office team is awesome and always keeps you updated with eta of the workers arrival. The guys always show up on time and clean up after they are done. The pricing is fair and the work is good. Bigos saves the day, again! Two weeks ago I experienced a clogged drain header under my house resulting in a sewage back up. I initially called Bigos and scheduled them to come out as soon as possible. I was desperate so I called another high rated plumber out to the house in the mean time to see what they could do. This other plumber was not able to snake my drain under the house. They told me that the pipe corroded away and it was full of mud and dirt. I was quoted an outrageous quote to have this part of the drain header replaced. Matt and Luke from Bigos came by the next day with a crew to take a look. They brought a borescope camera to put down the drain header so we could see what was going on. We confirmed that the first plumbers assessment was completely incorrect and had I gone along with his repair plan, it wouldn't of fixed the problem! Bigos got a plan together and put it into action and completed the job by end of day. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to answer my questions and concerns. I've now used Bigos to do my copper replacement and my drain header in the house. I will continue to be a loyal customer to them because they are the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest plumbing company I've used in Long Beach over the past 8 years. So I had a leak in a pipe that went from the 3rd floor of my townhouse to the garage.  It was in an area that would have required demo of my newly tiled bathroom on the 3rd floor and my newly remodeled kitchen and cabinets on the second floor.   Got a bid from a plumbing company that the HOA has used before.  Their solution was to demo and replace the pipe.  Their cost didn't include the rebuild after that would have been about 5k for the rebuild plus the cost of replacing the pipes.  I had Bigos come by to take a look, and they pretty quickly like in an hour figured out where the problem pipe was and showed me with the camera where the crack in the pipe was.  Their solution was either demo or try to seal the pipe from the inside with their epoxy solution.  The cost of the epoxy trick was the same as the bid from the other guys. But wouldn't require any demo other than some drywall removal.  So right there it's 5k less because no rebuild.  This process still isn't cheap.  And it's not easy, and it takes a plumber with some practice and experience to do it.  It took them over the span of 2 days to do the whole thing and replace some pipes in the garage.  The guys were very thorough, professional, courteous, and they know their shit.  This is potentially a very good solution to fix pipes without any demolition.  But again, it's not cheap, and it's not fast, but it is good!    The job gets a little messy and they left behind some stains from epoxy on the communal driveway that my neighbors keep bitching to me about, so I'll have to get out there and grind it off somehow.  But overall these guys are really good!  I'm not taking off stars for the little mess left behind..the solution was great. I had three different plumbers come out to fix my vibrating shower.  None of them were sure of the cause but all of them wanted to do extensive repairs $500-1500.  Luke was the only plumber that bothered to consult the manufacturer.  And, with his astute detective work he discovered that the cartridge that the original plumber installed to try to fix it was old/used.  Luke replaced the cartridge and the shower - after 3 months of vibration - was fixed!  He also did a terrific assessment of the plumbing as part of the escrow when I bought the unit 5 months ago. Luke came out today to fix my gurgling toilet and other joys here. He was honest, clean, took pride in his work and my favorite broke it down into normal ppl terms to understand terms and didn't make me feel dumb. Shocker, but it happens with other companies. Although the long term fix is $$$ I was happy to feel I got an honest answer and when my piggy bank becomes full I will call them for the big fix. I would seriously like to compliment Bigos for such an easy and quick experience. I received word from my boss that the men's bathroom was a hot mess. When you have at least 10 men working in one shop sharing one bathroom, one busted urinal and toilet is a major issue. I looked for a plumbing company that is nearby and I requested a quote with Bigos on Yelp and they replied faster than I thought. I had gone home thinking I would receive an answer the next day. Nope they replied within 45 mins so I called the next day. Jayson (Jason), sorry if I misspelled your name, arrived within 3 hours. I called around 9am and I was told someone would be here between 11-1pm. Jayson arrived and was super nice. I showed him the bathroom and he got to work on the problems. He was great with keeping me updated and letting me know prices and the timeframe. After my wife came home to clean our newborn (4 weeks old), she went to wash the poop off her hands. Unfortunately, we found out that the water company had mysteriously shut off our water supply. Long long long story short, we had a busted water line in our Condo that the HOA doesn't cover, a newborn that needed to be washed, laundry to wash, and no running water.Thankfully, Stephanie answered my call and sent our Eric the very next morning.
