They did a great job on our basement in our new house. It probably hadn't been cleaned in 20 years and there was also a layer of construction dust on everything. Julio was wonderful to work with, we needed a last minute cleaning on a specific date and he did not turn us down unlike other companies. We have opened many stores across the country and this was by far the best cleaning service we've ever had. We were the general contractor for a very large retail job and the business owners were pressuring us to get a temporary occupancy permit so they could open before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
