Our dogs love it here, they've been to both the Corona and Riverside locations many times. They get so excited when we turn the corner towards camp, they're always greeted enthusiastically by the staff and picked up tired and happy. First day our baby at daycare at the Corona location and I cannot express how awesome the staff is. You could totally tell yet love the dogs and our babies are in good hands. Our Toots looks so happy and I can't wait to bring her back. Good energy and good vibe from the minute I walked into this facility! Thank you EVERYONE for being so sweet and kind and especially Dr making me feel at ease. You guys are fantastic! They've stayed here a couple times for a few days. I cannot express how happy I am with Better K-9. The staff is amazing ..... Veronica, Cheyenne, Joey (who sent me pics of them). We boarded both of our German Shepherds for Memorial Weekend. They had fun and were treated very well! They received baths before pickup and that made things easy! We are going on vacation for 2 weeks in August and Better K9 will be the place of choice to board our dogs. More...

I don’t know what I would do without Better K9. I use them routinely for daycare and always use them when I need to board overnight. All I have to do is mention “camp” or “go see your friends” and my dog is running to the door and doing circles. He gets so excited, which makes me feel good about taking him to Better K9. I simply cannot day enough good things about this place. We have been taking our two dogs, Pendleton and King, here for several years. The staff is amazing and all have hearts of gold. You can really tell they care and understand the huge trust you are putting in them to take care of your furry family members. The head trainer, Audrey, is a gem of a person with a real heart of gold. We consider her one of the few people that we trust without question. We absolutely love better K-9 and our dog Kemper loves it even more! We drive from Anaheim Hills to Corona for this doggy daycare once a week, and always leave Kemper with them whenever we travel. Kemper gets so excited as soon as we get on the 15 freeway, and once we drop him off he takes his leash in his mouth and runs himself to the gate to go play! They have a pool for the dogs and when I pick Kemper up he is happy and tired (he usually fights me to get in the car because he does not want to leave!). We are so grateful for Better K9 and that Kemper has learned how to interact with other dogs! Cannot say enough great things! More...

Better K9 has always been great with me and my dogs. The services are fairly priced and the staff are very amicable. I board my dogs with them when I need to go out of town and have never had an issue. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at Better K9 with our one year old shiba inu who did the board n train program recently. And if anyone knows anything about shiba inus, they are very hyper & extremely stubborn. Since completing the program three weeks ago, our dog is a different dog but in a good way. He's much more obedient, he's better at socializing with other dogs & other people, he shows more affection, and exhibits a much more calming nature. It's as if his old hyperactive nature was replaced with maturity & love.  Our dog was trained by Noah who is very knowledgeable & informative. Noah was very helpful in demonstrating the various commands that our dog learned & provided us with great tips on other issues we've encountered since our dog has returned home.  If you're thinking about bringing your dog to a training facility, we highly recommend Better K9. We plan on getting a second dog in the future and we'll definitely bring he or she to Better K9. More...

Better K9 makes your dogs feel like they are at home! I have had my dog stay for both daycare and overnight boarding, and you can tell that the staff cares about each dog as if they were their own family members. My pup has a hard time sleeping when away from home, and each night a staff member is sure to stay with him until he falls asleep. This location has an extremely large space for big dogs to play in, and has exceeded my expectations. My super active dog loves going to Better K9. He is always excited to go play with his doggie friends and comes home absolutely exhausted, so I know he has fun! The staff is friendly and professional and always. We've also used Better K9/Audrey to train our dog shortly after we rescued him and were amazed at the results. I am so glad I found Better K-9!! My dog is not social and is protective which made me very worried about leaving him with anyone that he wasn't used too. The riverside location was more suitable for him where he can have his own area. The trainers really worked with him and when I picked him up, they assured me he is always welcomed. Left my 2 Boston terriers for the first time ever . I was so nervous to leave them for 10 days . When I went to pick them up they were so happy and looked great ! We absolutely love Better K-9! They have such a friendly staff who are always so happy and informative whenever I call. They are usually always available to take our dog for doggie day car (sometimes I call morning of). They always greet us with such enthusiasm and love my dog as their own! She's had one overnight stay with Better K-9 and we felt so at ease knowing that she was with dog lovers, and other dogs playing and getting loved on all day. Greatest Place Ever! My dog was almost 1yr old when I got him. He had been neglected had no training or confidence and would cower easily. I found Audrey at Better K9 and left my dog for a "board & train". When I picked up my dog I was amazed at the progress. He was trained to do all the usual commands and his confidence dramatically improved. Audrey and her staff are awesome! I take him often to play and get his exercise. Amazing! We are going to a wedding in a few months and we had no idea who would watch our pup, who is pretty much our kid. We are very skeptical who and where we leave him with (especially since this will be the first time) so we were super stressed out on what we were going to do. Then I was referred to Better K-9 from a friend. When he had his trial everybody was SOOO nice and I felt very comfortable leaving him there for a few hours. They offered phone calls, FaceTime or videos anytime I wanted if I was feeling worried and it was so comforting and I thought so funny Lol. They know how crazy people are about their dogs hahahaha I literally fell inlove. My dog is not a crate dog so I expressed my concerns about that and they responded with "oh that's perfectly fine we can have him sleep in the house with the employee." Seriously doesn't get much better than that. The facility was very cleanly and the dogs looked so happy :) (from what I saw through the fence) When I picked him up after his trial they personally said bye to Remy (my dog) and it made me feel like they care about him just as much as I do. Audrey and her staff take wonderful care of our pups when we are away.  Both the Corona and Riverside facilities are convenient, clean, and great environments.  One of our dogs can be anxious and they are great at keeping him comfortable and feeling safe.  They administer medication, do training, and even provide grooming.  We couldn't ask for better service!All 3 of our pups get so excited when they get to go to their favorite vacation spot and it makes it so much easier for us to be gone. Dropped my dog off here this past weekend where he stayed for two nights. I've never used anything like this and even looked at other services such as rover. com and other boarding recommendations but my last call was to better k-9. From the first call to the pick up of my pet I had all of my questions answered thoroughly and everyone I spoke with on the phone or through texts was friendly and polite. Upon pick up, I had asked if they would be willing to show me around, which they were happy to do for me. I had read somewhere that someone said they wouldn't let her look at the place. Well, it might have been at that very moment, but they need notice so they have the time to field all of the dogs into another area for everyone's safety. The grounds were spacious and clean with lots of shaded areas. All of the dogs I saw were happy and playing, no dog looked like they weren't happy to be there.  The reason I really wanted a facility such as this is the fact these are dog people. They know how to read them and intervene when necessary. They picked up on my young dog not feeling comfortable around the whole pack of the dogs, so they segregated him with some others that also appreciated a little less commotion. They knew the dogs, their names and their quarks. The dogs were happy and well taken care of. The last thing I wanted to mention is that we will be back.
