Prompt and friendly service. Delicious food. We loved the creative takes on global dishes. The hummus appetizer was a pleasant change from regular old hummus. Happy to finally get food at Global Fusion after trying their food cart a few years ago at Winterfest. I read in our local's newspaper THE SOURCE that they had a brick n mortar near my little supermarket on Newport. Thanks to spork, they were so busy and packed that my partner and I walked into this restaurant which is less than 4 blocks away. One of the best decisions we made; food here is awesome, they have dishes from different parts of the world true to their name ‘Global’! Thank you for such an eclectic menu!Ethiopian platter is super tasty with the chickpea stew; roasted cauliflower salad is a good and the portion size is big but worth it! Korean bibimbop is so so, probably replacing this dish with a Korean spicy silken tofu stew will be a better option with the winter coming soon! Their brunch menu is interesting and tasty too. First time to Bend, and this place was delicious! Large portions for both meal and appetizers. Cocktails are great and reasonably priced! Cute patio and unique fusions of food. Would highly recommend the crab enchiladas, chickpea stew (appetizer) and truffle fries. My friend got the curry noodle bowl with Cuban pork and said it was delicious. Overall a yummy dinner!!
