YOU DON'T WANT TO STAY HERE!! So everything was nice when we checked in on the evening of 3/6/18 our daughter was having inner ear surgery the morning of 3/7/18 so after her surgery when we finally get back to our room and get her settled then the fire alarms go off 3 different times so each time I had to get my daughter out of bed and get her to our car to get her away from the noise and no fire any where the front desk said someone pulled it but come on 3 times ! and each time we had to call to find out what was going on they never called to say false alarm or anything. On the morning of 3/8/18 shocker the fire alarm went off again and once again I had to get our daughter out of bed and quickly get her to the car so we had no shoes on and once again the front desk never called to say false alarm or anything so I called the front desk to find out what is going on and they said Oh I guess somebody must have pulled it, YOU GUESS? They are supposed to have a fire panel at the front that shows the fault and where it happened so this is a bunch of BS, Well with someone having this ear surgery that our daughter had needs to avoid loud noises for the first couple of days because it will cause damage, SO NEEDLESS TO SAY IF HER NEW EARDRUM IS DAMAGED WE WILL BE SUING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! and they started putting new carpet in some rooms upstairs so guess what all the rolls of carpet and misc. items where all right out our door BIG SAFETY HAZARD! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!! At check out I was offered a $25.00 refund . More...

Hard to even give them 1 star. Disgusting. Dead roach found in my "clean" bed. Didn't clean my room for two days. Not safe for women traveling alone!

I stayed 4/08/16 through midday 7/08/16. We booked two non-smoking adjacent rooms, four months in advance, to attend a convention in Dallas. We called one month, one week, and the day of, to make sure our rooms were conjoined. We arrived and were told there were no conjoined rooms for us. We sucked it up and went with it. We received our keys and went on to our SMOKING rooms. We noticed the air conditioning was not working in one room, so we asked if there was anything they could do. They (the personnel at the hotel) said they needed to reset it, and they did, but to no avail. We asked for another room, and fortunately this air conditioning worked. After our dinner, we saw a mouse run across the floor in the second room. We asked for a different room and got the total run around. They said there were no other rooms available. That was their go-to response. But after we refused to go back to the other room, they found openings. We got three sets of keys before we settled in another room. First key- only one bed for four people, second key- someone already situated in the room, and the third set was the one we settled in. By the time we reached the third set of keys, it was eleven p.m. I was not pleased with how the staff handled this set of circumstances, and I have stayed at this hotel three other times. I know this place is cheaper than the others around it, but, honestly, this place needs to be bulldozed and turned into a parking lot. More...

First thing I called the day before to confirm my reservation and they had me in a smoking room which I requested a non-smoking room and I was supposed to have a rollaway bed and I did not get the rollaway bed the AC air filter was totally clogged with dust and hair and debris God only knows what was in it and I left my pillow at checkout and when I called today to find out about it of course there is no pillow now who in the hell wants a used pillow I think it's very sad that nobody turned in my pillow and even though I spoke to somebody at the front desk they didn't offer any sort of apology whatsoever I don't think I'll ever be using Best Western again

My husband and I just checked in. When we got to the room we checked it out. Pulled sheets back, moved mattress. As soon as we moved the mattress there were tons and tons of mouse droppings!!!! I immediately called the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room. They were very nonchalant about it. I refused. I demanded a refund. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Move the mattress and check!!! Will never go back! Ended up at the Marriott down the street! More...

Poorly maintained.
Inconsistent reception staff. Some very helpful, another wouldn't even call a blooming taxi for us, preferring to give me a number to do it myself!
Same lazy reception chap also tried to charge us again for our pre-paid rooms.
Breakfast on paper plates!
Generally shabby.
