I hired Texas Best Fence to replace an existing wood privacy fence (April 2012) around our back and side yards on our corner lot, they gave a good estimate and the stained cedar privacy fence was put in on time, superior in quality and color, the prestained cedar wood was the envy of all our neighbors. The look, quality and time to install was all great, spot on, met all our expectations. They got the required city of Keller permits and everything went smooth as silk. Excellent work and service. They built a beautiful pergola for us with a TV wall, fan, electric, upgraded flooring, and a polygal cover to keep rain out. Colby cares about his work and his customers more than I’ve ever seen in a business. 100% would refer him and his company and will use again if needed. One thing I learned in the process is that this is one of largest fence companies in Texas. They do great work and thus are busy. Be flexible with your schedule and call then when you have questions. Marc Thaler (972-571-4094) was my contract manager. He came to my house and spent about an hour explaining the different options that he could do. He told me what he recommended that kept in line with my budget. He told me what to expect and kept me informed through the entire process. Had a great experience with Texas Best Fence - contracted them to build a stamped / stained concrete pad and a gabled patio cover. They used good looking pieces of wood with a thicker scale so the patio cover looks really great compared to many others. I contacted Kimbra Pervine about 3 years ago to get repairs done on my fence. She was extremely professional and fun to talk to. She came out quickly after my first call and had a crew out to fix my fence very fast. They did a great job repairing the side of my fence that broke. Because of the amazing service that the crew provides, the pride they take in their work and the amazing customer service and love that Kimbra pours into this company, I’ve used them for more fence repairs on the other sides (which have held up nicely with this crazy wind) and we just had a patio gable and extended concrete!
