This is a great location. I make a regular habit of purchasing ‘large-value’ appliances and devices from this location because their customer service is so supportive. Of the dozens of visits I’ve had here, each one has been pretty great. One of the benefits of being an Elite Plus member is 45 day returns, in case anything goes wrong with your high-value device. Helpful! I recommend shopping here when getting something worth a lot, you’ll get the product support you want, well beyond that of the manufacturer.

It doesn't suck, but clearly isn't what it used to be. They carry less options than they once did. I'm glad to have a local brick and mortar electronics store around, but they remind me a lot at this point of the final days of Border's Books & Music. The staff are generally friendly if you approach them, but despite the countless sales people I saw, one only attempted to be of assistance long after I had determined they didn't have what I was looking for in store and was preparing to leave. It many ways the this store has become a three star experience in my opinion, but when I think of the people who work there and the convenience of having a tech store I can walk into close by, I can't go lower than four.

Re overall pricing for electronics and appliances, Best Buy is very reasonable. Computer techs (Geek Squad) replaced a fan in my laptop (they don't sell them. I purchased the fan online and needed installation only). The work was done faster than promised, and was done well. The price, though, of $75 (approx) seemed a little high. But heck. I couldn't have done it myself without a HUGE headache, so...

I will never go back to Best Buy. Upon walking in, obnoxious rap music was blaring from one of the displays. It made me want to hurry up and get what I needed and get out. I could not find either of the 2 things I was looking for and getting the attention of someone to help you was next to impossible. When I finally did the 1st two employees just pointed me in general direction. Wrap music still blaring. You could barely hear yourself talk. Both employees pointed to the wrong place I asked a third which did the same. I politely asked them to walk me to it directly, they said I can't, I will call someone to that department. I left, and ended up buying both items on Amazon (which I would rather keep local jobs and businesses open), but I was done.

Kudos to this store and it's helpful associates. Especially Eric Gonzalez who assisted me in purchasing two PCs for my home. The sales staff in Electronics are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and great to deal with. I also visited the Geek Squad prior to buying my PCs for a dead computer. Very Great staff also. I highly recommend purchasing electronics from Best Buy and buying the Geek Squad Warranty. It certainly paid off for me! I have also called Geek Squad for help and got quick professional answers for my issues. One more thing, shop their online inventory and you can research the product you need or want then check to see if your B.B. store has it in stock. Ship to store is free if not. This is a great place to buy computer products.
