Smart aleck, underpaid staff, don't encourage rapport, let alone any sense of Customer Loyalty! I do keep coming back, though, because they have what I'm after, even if their pricing is not actually your "Best BUY". It's just so convenient! Very helpful, quickly helped me pick out an ASUS Laptop for $999.00 ( which needed a special attachment if you wanted to connect anything) SIXTEEN DAYS later i opened my Laptop, only to find the screen was cracked. I returned to BestBuy WITH my reciept and was informed (by,One Mngr, One Supervisor, & Two Employees) that it was clear to them that the crack was there when they sold it to me. Then they said "BUT we have a 14 DAY POLICY ON ALL ELECTRONICS, & we will not do anything to help you because you purchased your Laptop 16 days ago." ASUS informed me that they do not make defective equipment but i could pay to ship it to them & they would decide if it was defective & ship it back. I gave BestBuy 5 stars for taking over a THOUSAND $$ from me, humiliating me,watching me leave thier store in tears, & for making me the proud owner of a piece of exspensive garbage.
