this restaurant serves very delicious Vietnamese cuisine at very competitive prices. to be clean this is a mall kiosk and not a sit-in restaurant, so don't come here for a date. however if you are staying at the Hyatt, Marriott or Westin hotels  or otherwise in the area this is some great food for takeout.I have eaten in more than a dozen Vietnamese restaurants over the years in different cities and this one holds up just fine in terms of food quality. Flavors are awesome, variety is great, service is fast and courteous, but the one issue (and this will take some work on their part) is that by the time I got through the line, paid, got my drink, and sat down to eat, my protein (lemongrass chicken) was cold. The food that they eat are flavorful and the adults must agree. The grilled pork bánh mì is well marinated and has an authentic taste. Ph has all the right taste and meat choices and is less on fat. You couldnt go wrong with this if you are looking for a health conscious meal. Beef stew (bò kho) is on point but I reccomend going with the noodles instead of the baguette. BEP!So glad this I had my first Vietnamese food experience at a place with that puts so much love and care into their food. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners that shared their story with me about their love of food and wanting to share their culture with the Atlanta community through food. The items that I tried on the menu were: tofu rice bowl, chicken coconut soup, pork banh mi and Thai tea. All of these tastes were new to me but I really enjoyed trying all of the new food. This place lost a star for me because of the location. Bep is located in the Peachtree center food court which is not a very accessible location unless you work in the area or live close enough to walk. I probably would not come here often because of the congestion in the city and having to pay $5-$10 to park in one of the surrounding lots More...

Location/Parking: BEP! is located in the Peachtree Center Mall food court. So there are tons of parking lots in the area and it is directly on top of the Peachtree Center Marta stop. I took Marta here just to avoid traffic and I had no issues of finding the restaurant. ( Great location for all the downtown workers in the area or those who go to GSU)Food: I enjoyed the food so much. We started the night off with Boba Tea then dove into our lengthy tasting menu! Before I get into the menu I am so happy that the menu had plenty of non pork options!!! So below is everything I tasted. - Curry Lemongrass Chicken in Coconut Milk (Cari Gai): This was my FAVORITE dish of the night. The chicken was nice and tender the flavors blended together so good. (My mouth is starting to water just a lil bit...lol)- Winter Beef Stew (Bo Kho): Seasoned so well. The broth gave me life. - Crispy Tofu Veggie Eggrolls: Yummmm- Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi: The chicken again was super tender.- Noodle Bowl:  The bowls were amazing. I was so pleased you gave us full range in the customization department.- Sticky Rice Ball Pudding: Won't be a go to. But i did like the white rice ball more than the purple one. Everything I tasted was great!!! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would love to come back to this restaurant. I know because of location they close at 6pm most days throughout the week. Suggestion: Let's get location number 2 rolling so we can have longer hours!!! This was a great event. Thanks Sarah for putting another great event together.  Thanks to the restaurant owners for great hospitality and the abundance of food. I truly enjoyed hearing about the journey the owners had to getting the restaurant. It's best to take Marta but it's also paid parking in the area. Food: Curry Lemongrass Chicken, Winter Beef Stew, pork & shrimp egg rolls, tofu veggie egg rolls, Steam pork Bao buns, Honey Pork or lemon grass chicken banh mi baguette sandwiches, create your own pho bowl, and for dessert sticky rice Ball pudding. My favorite hands down was winter Beef Stew ,Banh Mi, and create your own Pho bowl. My least favorite was the sticky rice ball pudding and think I was because of the texture. It has little tapioca balls at the bottom but make sure you fill it with ice (trust me it's better that way). I also had the tofu egg rolls..AMAZING! I'm pescatarian and not really big on Tofu but they definitely changed my mind! Now for the main course, the build your own bowl. I had the rice noodles as my base, shrimp for my protein and added some veggies. All the ingredients were fresh, they were generous with portions and it was delicious. If you're even in downtown Atlanta, make sure to stop by and see them! FYI getting to the location may be a little tricky if you're using the address in GPS. Though it's in a food court, the was plenty of seating as well as a rest room, but you'd have to ask the employees for the code. Since Bep! arrived at the Peachtree Mall food court, my options for lunch has expanded. I work nearby so this is the closest I can get for vietnamese food when the cravings come. They have everything that is made for your typical Vietnamese fast food and its pretty fresh. For the vermicelli noodle, salad and rice bowls can be build your own "chipotle style." I opt for the Banh Mi and usually split this with a coworker since its a pretty generous portion size. Initially when Bep! opened, I tried a bit of everything and split it with a few coworkers. They also have the famous Vietnamese Iced Coffee, this is the only exception I make to drink coffee with anything in it. I normally take it just black, but iced Viet coffee is traditionally prepared with condensed milk. Prices are fair for it being located in the heart of the city. Customer service is always on point. Bep! opened in the Hub at Peachtree Center a while ago, but I haven't had much of a desire to go until today. I work in an office connected to the Peachtree Center but rarely hit the food court there. Bep! sounded good in theory, but I was wary of it being an Americanized "spin" on Vietnamese food and disappointing me. I usually go to Buford Hwy or Morrow for Vietnamese food, and although Atlanta does have a few gems, I'm hesitant when trying new Vietnamese places. I'm glad to say, all the preconceived notions I had of Bep! were worries for no good reason. I went to Bep! at 11:35. I had my to-go order in my hands by 11:45. I didn't have to wait in any line when I got there, but just minutes later a line was formed since the food court gets busy around the noon lunch rush. I'd say expect a small line if you go right in the midst of lunch rush. The vegetable ph is listed as vegetarian on the menu, but rarely does tofu ph have anything non-vegan other than the broth. I asked whether the broth was vegan and was informed that the veggie ph dish is completely vegan as is without having to make any substitutions or weird order requests! Yay!I also wanted a smoothie. Unfortunately, they use powder bases for all their smoothies except the avocado (Powder bases contain dairy-derived ingredients). I wasn't too disappointed by that because taro and avocado are my favorite smoothies, so having to choose the avocado was still a happy choice. The to-go packaging is good. I accidentally dropped my bag of food while walking back to my office and it survived the fall with no food damaged! (Hallelujah)The smoothie was meh. Really bland as far as the avocado smoothie. Kinda watery instead of thick and creamy and rich in avocado flavor like a good avocado smoothie should be. But the boba pearls were very fresh and good. The ph exceeded all my expectations! The broth was good and the tofu was amazing. It's a little different than ph I usually have. For those who are unfamiliar with the dish, ph has multiple variations with two prominent styles. The two most distinct styles are the Southern Vietnamese style ph and the Northern Vietnamese style ph. There are some noticeable differences, such as that Northern Vietnamese style ph has fewer ingredients whereas the Southern style is laden with ingredients. There are dissimilarities often times in the choice of noodles used and the sweetness or fattiness of the broth. No matter the nuances, the typical makeup of ph consists of noodles and a protein in a broth with additional ingredients such as bean sprouts, ginger, cilantro, onions, and lime. The ph at Bep! also has carrots and zucchini, which I don't believe I've had in ph before and could have done without. It somewhat reminded me of hu tieu chay. (Yelp keeps removing characters here so I guess it can't handle Vietnamese alphabet)The smoothie and ph cost ~$18 total, which isn't good but isn't terrible either. I passed on the bánh mì this time as it seemed too overpriced to me, but that's just because I'm spoiled by my local $4 bánh mì marketplace. I'll have to try it next time I grab food from Bep!. I'd say Bep! is fairly priced for the location and food you get compared to other food eateries in the Hub food court at Peachtree Center. It's not somewhere I would recommend going out of your way and paying for parking for, but if you're already in the area for work or a convention or staying at one of the nearby hotels, I would recommend stopping in to Bep!. What a surprise! This is not Panda Express so don't let the location in a food court discourage you from trying it out. The Concept is fast casual viet cuisine with clean ingredients. Who said you need to go to Buford for a good Bhan Mi? Their bread is so soft. The vegetables are cut exquisitely with very light flavors of fish sauc. Their Patte and Aoli is all made in house and you can taste the difference. The meat is non antibiotic meat and the veges are all locally sourced. What tipped me off to the quality of this place was the beef stew. I always get this stew in other places like I love Pho. Most of the time the brisket is not cut properly and there is a ton of fat. Not here! The meat was as lean as can be and the broth itself was lighter than my usual taste but worked with their concept. The flavors are authentic but light enough for the casual diner. The ownership here is very involved in their business and there is a lot of love in their food. If you need some viet food in a pinch and you are stuck in downtown go here. BEP! Vietnamese Cuisine is one of several good new additions to The Hub at Peachtree Center ("The Hub" is what the old Mall at Peachtree Center food court is branded and marketed as these days). It opened in July 2018. The restaurant has a corner stall inside the food court, in between GLC Cafe and Taste of India, across from CVS. In Vietnamese, "bep" means kitchen. This is one of my favorite new additions to the food court. The food, drink, and service we experienced were all good.Like other new eateries at the food court, BEP! has a nicely renovated, modern-looking buildout. It's a clean space with a fun-looking, illuminated sign, tiled walls, bright and crisp digital displays, and an open prep kitchen. Some dishes are already prepared, others are assembled as you move down the line, and some you have to wait for at the pick-up counter. The food menu features a bunch of Vietnamese classics like bun (rice vermicelli noodles) and com (rice) bowls with beef, chicken, pork, and/or tofu ($10.95 per bowl), banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches, $9.95 each), pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) in beef, chicken, vegetarian (tofu and veggies), and shrimp varieties ($11.95 per bowl), fried egg rolls ($2 each), banh bao (fried or steamed pork buns, $4 each), and fresh spring rolls (2 for $4.25). For the health-conscious, there are salad bowls and the com bowls come with a brown rice option. Beverage-wise, they offer Thai tea, ca phe sua da (Vietnamese iced coffee), and smoothies in different flavors with various toppings like tapioca pearls and lychee jelly. The tea and coffee are $4.50 each and smoothies are $4.75 plus $0.50 per topping.I've tried several items. They include:Food:* Bun (vermicelli noodle) bowl with beef ($10.95) - served with spring mix, bean sprouts, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, cilantro, tomato, fried shallots, Thai basil, house nuoc mam (fish sauce)* Tofu banh mi ($9.95) - baguette, aioli, cucumber, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, jalapenos* Pork banh mi (dac biet - special combination) ($9.95) - baguette, pate, aioli, cucumber, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, jalapenos* Banh beo ($4) - steamed pork bun with egg and sausage (comes fried too, but I ordered the steamed version)Drinks:* Thai tea ($4.50) with tapioca pearls (boba) (+$0.50)* Ca phe sua da ($4.50) - French-pressed Vietnamese iced coffee* Avocado smoothie ($4.75 for 16-ounce serving)In general, I thought the food and drinks were delicious. My favorite food item was the bun bowl with beef. It was tasty, filling, and really hit the spot. BEP! had a bunch of bowls already prepared and waiting to be served behind the counter. I think all they needed to add to each bowl was meat. The bowls were served in disposable plastic containers with clear snap-shut lids. The amount of ingredients was generous and everything was fresh and of good quality. I highly recommend ordering a bun bowl, pouring all the fish sauce in, and mixing everything together. Both the tofu banh mi and the pork banh mi were delicious. Old school banh mi purists may balk at the $9.95 price tag, but this is 2018 and this is downtown Atlanta, not Buford Highway or some low-rent part of town. BEP!'s banh mi are large (long) and, like the bun, filling. I was given the option of whether I wanted my banh mi toasted or not. I opted for the latter because I prefer softer, chewier bread on my banh mi as opposed to harder, crisp bread that can cut into the roof of my mouth. In the tofu banh mi, the cubes of tofu were cooked and marinated in a delectable, savory sauce.I'm not sure if the pork banh mi I got was any different than the standard pork banh mi. I asked the staff if they had "banh mi dac biet," which is a special combination banh mi (typically, a fully loaded pork banh mi). An employee checked their stock and told me yes. My pork banh mi looked strange and frankly, not very appetizing (just take a look at my pictures). It looked like a lifeless cold cut sub. The cold cuts that stuck out from the sandwich were (I believe) thit nguoi, which is a Vietnamese cured pork cold cut with fat. Another pork product that was in the sandwich was (I'm pretty sure) cha lua, which is a light-colored Vietnamese ham that is springy and almost pasty in consistency. While this wasn't the greatest-looking banh mi sandwich, it tasted good and I enjoyed it. I'd order it again. The banh beo was A-OK. It was chock-full of ground pork along with a steamed/boiled egg and a couple slices of Chinese sausage. The bun was rather big and could easily serve as a heavy snack or light meal to some.As for the drinks, I liked them all. I'm usually weary of bubble tea from Vietnamese restaurants, but BEP!'s tapioca was fine (we must have caught their fresh batch). The Thai tea had good flavor. The Vietnamese iced coffee was nice and strong with a generous portion of coffee (not overly loaded with ice). The avocado smoothie was icy, but smooth, sweet, and creamy.Great service. More...

Had an interesting experience trying pho for the first time at Bep! As a vegetarian, I don't get many options to try pho, though so many of my omnivorous friends can't seem to get enough of it. I was on vacation with my sister, who decided to order the pho so I had the build-your-own veggie bowl which was made on sight from an array of available ingredients -- I even had it topped with fresh tofu seemingly made just for my order. Unfortunately, the pho took much longer to arrive and my sister waited patiently for it to cook. When it did arrive, it was so hot and and she was so impatient to eat, her tongue suffered a few scalding bites before she could begin to appreciate the taste. In the end, we switched -- she finished the cold noodle & vegetable bowl while I took a crack at the piping hot pho. Immediately, I noticed the tofu in the pho was not nearly as good as the one in the bowl. The taste of the pho was decent -- but I may not be the best judge as I had no reference to compare to. In the end, both the bowl and pho were too much for us and we ended up having to pack it. As we were leaving, we were approached by a woman -- either an employee or owner to the restaurant -- who asked for honest feedback on how our experience has, as the restaurant had just opened a couple of days earlier and they were looking to improve. I'll include below what my sister and I relayed to her-In the pho we found a piece of beef/chicken/some meat. As two life-long vegetarians it was a little off-putting. They need to take more care separating their vegetarian/vegan meals fromthe others-Quicker service time for the pho-More vegetarian sauce choices for the bowl (there had only been one)-The prices are a little on the higher end and the quality didn't really reach the standard set by the pricesOutside of that, I explained to her, we couldn't be of much help. This had been as much a taste-setting experience for us as the start of her experience was for her! I'm not sure I'll be back for pho anytime soon but next time I pass an asian bistro promising the inviting, warm soup I'll be sure to give it a thought. More...

Due to this and the excellent customer service, I decided to give Bep another star.As for my overall impression, I think the rice dish may not be for me. I dislike the texture of the greens with the rice, as well as the tomato. They don't seem to mesh well, and I still found myself munching on that more than on the protein. Perhaps their pho or banh mi are better, as that seems to be what the other reviewers ordered. If I do visit this spot in the future, I'll be leaving the rice dishes alone. More...

Found this new food court Vietnamese joint in downtown.  Location is the hub at Peachtree Center.  Parking can be difficult during peak hours, it's downtown, yo! Remember this is a fast food restaurant, not a traditional restaurant.  With that said, we went after the lunch rush.  Setup is similar to a chipotle, with proteins, veggies, and carbs separated.  One can order a noodle soup, vermicelli, or banh mi style with your choice of protein and veggies.  Proteins consist of beef, pork, or chicken.  I ordered the vermicelli with grilled beef and veggies, a staple of Vietnamese cuisine.  I also ordered the grilled pork banh mi, grilled chicken banh mi, and the cold cuts banh mi for a later meal.  A Thai tea and Vietnamese ice coffee were beverages of choice.  Prices are about $4-$6 more than what I'm use to spending at typical Vietnamese restaurants, but for the location of downtown, I understood.  Proteins were extremely flavorful for being fast food court food, I was impressed. Veggies are fresh and peppers definitely are potent!  The French style baguettes were longer than typical Banh mi's I'm use to ordering at other places, not a bad thing. The vermicelli was okay, nothing wowed or deterred me.  However the banh mi was amazing.  The banh mi made a huge impression on me since the size was big!  The pork and chicken are extremely tender yet flavorful.  I did not expect this being from a food court joint.  Not only this, but the banh mi's were extremely good, well balanced.  I spoke with the owner and she told me that her pate and aioli are made from scratch.  This is "yuge" and definitely explains why I enjoyed the banh mi.I will have to return and try the pho.  I will update my review when I do so.  I hope this place continues to thrive, since the owner's attention to detail for each aspect of Vietnamese food is keen.  It is difficult to maintain the high level of Vietnamese cuisine at a fast food pace.  I recommend that people give this place a try and grab a banh mi for the road.  I believe the banh mi to be the gem of Bep! Bep means kitchen and it's the new Vietnamese spot in town! Location - they're located right in Peachtree Center across from CVS, a long side where Moe's, the Indian restaurant and Planet smoothie is. Concept - you have the option to order from the menu or chipotle style where you can pick what you'll like to add to your order. - If you choose to order from their menu - go straight to the cash register, don't go to the "Order Here" line.- If you want to choose what you want, go to that "Order Here" area. They have basic Vietnamese herbs, veggies that you can choose from for your items. Food - I came here twice in a row and got the following orders with my coworkers:From the set menu- Banh Mi Thit Nuong (grilled pork sandwich) - Pho Bo (beef pho) Chipotle choice - Bun with Tofu (Tofu Vermicelli)- Bun Thit Nuong (Grilled Pork Vermicelli)And the Vietnamese coffee (must try - so so so good!) Out of the 4 orders that we got, I really liked the grilled pork in my noodles and banh mi, there was so much flavor and it was season just right. The meat was very tender. The banh mi was very filling. I wouldn't have finish a whole sandwich by myself. I got to try just the broth of the pho from my coworker and the pho is definitely authentic and flavorful as well. When you order this dish, it is in a togo container and they do provide the herbs, lime and condiments to go with the pho. I also noticed they offer vegetarian pho, which is great! I definitely will bring my boss to try it out since she's a vegetarian. She's been asking if i knew anywhere that serves vegetarian pho, and I'm so happy it's close to our work. I wish the tofu was a little bit more seasoned. It was too bland for my taste. For the vermicelli dishes, you're able to get their house fish sauce to go with your dish or soy sauce (vegetarian). The do give you quite a lot of noodles, a little more than the protein. All food is made to order which is also a plus! Cost - you will notice that the price will be a little high for Vietnamese food, but for the location that it is in and for the quality of the food. I think it's worth it. Some recommendations to maybe work on in the future: - do have a sign to instruct people where to go if they just want to order from the menu because it is kind of confusing. I felt bad that one of the lady was waiting in the line to order, but then was told to go straight to the cash register. She could've saved time if she knew this in the beginning. - for the grilled pork in the sandwich, it might be easier to eat if the meat was cut a little bit or made smaller. It was kind of hard bitting into the sandwich without the meat falling out of the sandwich :( Other than that, I would for sure recommend this place to people who want authentic Vietnamese, flavorful food. I will definitely be coming back and bringing more people to come try! More...

I came in with no expectations, but came out very impressed, and craving more! I had their pork banh mi and banh mi dac biet. Both were so flavorful, freshly made, and very delicious. Customer service was outstanding, price was reasonable. I will definitely be back! My husband had their lemongrass chicken banh mi and bun bo, he enjoyed both as well. If you're downtown, come give this place a try! More...

If you haven't try this place out.... you definitely should! You're missing out! The location is very convenient, above the MARTA station. I ordered the tofu vermicelli spring roll, and the avocado smoothie. All the ingredients were fresh and organic. The spring roll was freshly made, the tamarin sauce added a colorful taste making it pop. The avocado smoothie was simply nothing short of amazing. The texture was smooth, and the taste was rich. It is a must try!!!! More...

Omg!  Unbelievable!  I work nearby and was super excited to see this wonderful addition to our foodcourt. I arrived around 12:20 and the lunch line was already 20-30 people deep! I decided to go with the Pork Bahn Mi which was a foot long for just $8.50. Sand which was made to order and I was able to pick toppings which included pate, aioli, vegetables, jalapeño and soy sauce on top. I took this back to my desk to eat but unfortunately I had run to a meeting so I had to wait about 30 minutes to eat it. Even cold it was amazing. I would definitely go back and try the bao bun or the pho. Great quality for the price!!! More...

I was excited to see BEP! open for business, as I've been walking through Peachtree Center lately eagerly anticipating their opening. When I got to the ordering line the presentation was on point. Love the design of their space and the food looked amazing. I ordered the Banh Mi Dac Biet and the beef pho. This is truly delicious genuine Vietnamese cuisine. The Banh Mi was so good and you get a lot of sandwich for the price. The bread was perfectly toasted and the butter and pate spread they put on it was so tasty. You can build it anyway you like it or just go with the traditional way they prepare it. The Pho was unbelievable. The broth had so much flavor, and they give you the option to take it togo as well so you can prepare it fresh yourself whenever you're ready to eat it. I am extremely impressed with this place. The customer service was awesome and the pho and Banh mI are among the best I've ever had. Peachtree Center needed a place like this and I'm so happy I have a go to Vietnamese spot when I'm in the area. I also got an Avocado Smoothie with Boba on my way out and it was so refreshing and had a unique delicious flavor. I can't wait to come back to try everything else! It all looks so good!!!! More...
