Benchmark Roofing did an excellent job, from the minute David Dawson stepped foot on my property. Since my husband passed in 2016, I had a ton of emergency repair work to be accomplished and many companies did not treat me with respect and tried to sell me something and do things just to make more of a profit. Long story made short, I told them to take a hike! I may be an older citizen and a widow, but that doesn't mean I can be taken advantage of. My roof was completed in one day. As soon as our new OLD house was ours, roofing supplies were delivered as scheduled. Chimney was powerwashed first. Roof would have been completed in a day but the rain delayed finish by only one day. Benchmark sent a hardworking crew! Cleanup was exceptional. Lastly, new gutter guards were installed! I have used Benchmark at both my business and my home. The first time I discovered Benchmark was at my home. A roof leak had developed in my dining room, so I made a call to 'a roofer'. Nobody showed. I called another 'roofer'. nobody showed. Next, I called Benchmark Roofing, and a professional was at my home that afternoon. I told him my concerns, and that I wanted a price for a new roof and replacing some of the damaged wood beneath the shingles. He told me he thought they could repair only the concerning area, match up the shingles, and save me some money. Imagine, a company NOT trying to sell me something. Well, after getting a great price for a new roof without pressure or haggle, I now have a well repaired and beautiful new roof on my home.
Now, I use them commercially as well, as I manage a very large, busy, shopping complex in Dayton. They have been there for me the same day I call, every time I call. One new commercial roof and several repairs later, my staff and I make just one call for our roofing needs.......at home or work.....to Benchmark Roofing.
The employees are prompt and professional. The materials are top quality. Clean-up was done immediately after completion. The worry and stress of a leaking roof are gone, AND my roof looks GREAT.

I bought a house last July and had Benchmark come replace my roof a couple of months after moving in. They were very easy to work with from the beginning. The guys were professional and efficient, the roof was done in a day. They also came out another day to install gutters and downspouts to my house and detached garage, which did not previously have them. The best thing they did for me was after we made a mistake working and had a tree come down slightly in to the garage. Benchmark came out within a few days and put the new siding on and it was like nothing ever happened. This company called me right back and got out to do a free estimate within 24 hours for siding repair. I have siding that is warping from sun reflection on a 5 year old home and instead of raking me over the coals by recommending all new siding (like other companies did) they were honest and quoted me the repair price instead! During the process of selling my house recently, I worked with Benchmark Roofing to replace part of my roof. Buying and selling houses is stressful enough that you need to work with good companies when work on your house is needed to move forward in the selling process. First, Benchmark priced very competitively. And as important as price, they agreed to and delivered on a timeline that worked with our closing (I think we had about two weeks to work with), even with some rainy days thrown in the mix.
