I love Melissa!! She is the BEST stylist I’ve ever been able to work with. She listens to your needs and wants and she transforms your eyelashes into pure beauty. I love that she is kind and patient as well. She is very affordable and is extremely efficient. I have been to several other lash stylists and they would take twice as long for the same amount of lashes. I had an emergency situation the other week and wasn’t able to make my appointment and she was so kind about it all, didn’t charge me for the lost time and worked with me to schedule another appointment. I’ve been to Melissa twice for lashes. She did my lashes last winter and they were exquisite. I had them touched up once when I was out of town and I appreciated her even more! I took a break and decided to put them back on again and I am as pleased as the first time we did them and my lashes were still healthy. Melissa has already been waxing my brows for about a year and has always done great with that. When I heard she got certified for permanent cosmetics I really wanted to try it for eyeliner on my upper eyelids. She did a wonderful job! So I had her do the bottom of my eyes as well. She did a natural brown color it looks very natural and nice I don't have to spend that extra time doing my makeup in the morning anymore. Melissa is extremely good at what she does! My lashes turn out amazing every time. She is very personable, great at communicating with clients during the session, and creates a very comfortable environment when I visit her. Additionally, she was very flexible when I had to cancel last minute due to a family emergency. Rather than charging me for violating the 24-hour cancellation policy, she rescheduled for the next day without cost. Another time, she spent an extra half hour on my lashes without charging me.
