Cassy is a PHENOMENAL masseuse. I came to see her for the first time after a major car accident as she came highly recommended from a good friend of mine, and the previous massage therapist I had been seeing had not made much of a difference. I was absolutely stunned at the difference in how I felt after a single session with her, and i can feel tangible progress after each time I visit. She takes the time to understand what you need, brings you new ideas and techniques consistently, and is very professional. What do you love most about your job?
I have always enjoyed working with people, listening to their needs and targeting their areas of concern as well as other areas affecting them that not everyone else thinks of. I've worked with people with sciatica, low back, neck and shoulder problems. My usual clientele prefers medium to deep pressure however I can do light pressure. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 11 years and still enjoy it to this day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Bella Vida Massage Spa was established in September of 2017 by Cassandra. After many years of the corporate world, I found an office, quit my corporate job and have been loving it since! This way I can dedicate the proper time to my clients and build a better relationship. I couldn't have done it without the encouragement and help of my loving husband, Jeremy. His love and passion for my success, is more than I could ask for!
​My dream is to have a team of qualified therapists who are passionate about listening, learning and most of all helping you feel better! In my experience I have always found it difficult to find a passionate, qualified therapist. Look no further, we've got you covered!

I listen to the clients needs and target those areas during their session, as well as make suggestions of my own as to what else we should cover in the time allowed.
