My stylist Jessica was amazing! She took my inspiration photos and brought them to life in an updo that worked for my hair type/needs and featured my undercut in a really beautiful way! Keith is a magical unicorn! It’s 4 hours after my hair appointment and I still feel like I’m walking on sunshine. My hair is incredibly happy and I feel light, refreshed and sparkly. Apparently they're the oldest beauty salon in Austin. They got me in for an appointment the very next day and my stylist Trista was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and she didn't mess around. She was like "just show me the photos you've googled" hahahaha. I was in her chair for 4 and a half hours because I had never had my hair dyed before but she was amazing and knowledgable and entertaining. Got a blonde balayage done by Lany and it's SO BEAUTIFUL. She did an amazing job!! I'm so impressed with how light she was able to get my hair, since my previous hairdresser would only ever take it up a few notches. This review is long overdue! I came in to the salon last month on March 1 to get highlights and a haircut. I was out of town for a while and my hair needed to be refreshed. Are usually stick with the same hairdresser for years I decided to try somebody new and I'm so happy I did! I've been wanting to try something different and go a little shorter as well as be more bold in my highlights. My normal stylist usually likes to stick to the norm so it's been very hard for her to step out of the box. I made an appointment with Rachael and immediately when I came in I was greeted very friendly and take it right in.I was a little worried because I do have red tones in my hair about the blonde coming out right and not orange which is what happens with the new stylist that I work with. But I showed her some pictures of the ideas of what I want in my hair to look like and she got it right away! She did a fantastic job on the cut! I barely have to do much tiling in the morning which is what I was looking for. Basically brush and go! My blonde highlights are gorgeous and bright. The auburn dark tones are rich in color. I was so ecstatic with my new hair. I just wish I lived closer or they were located in my town. But when I come back to visit I definitely will be coming to Bella salon and seeing Rachael for all my hair needs. More...

I'm half-Asian and white and I've had problems with makeup for my entire life. I like makeup, I like how I look in it, but I can't follow most tutorials because I have these in-between facial features that the YouTuber's techniques don't translate well on. I can do insane party makeup and a daily-wear look, but anything in between becomes a train wreck. I discovered that Bella offered a makeup lesson as one of their services and I figured I'd just have a pro teach me what my unique coloring and shapes need to get the look I want. After all my dermatologist taught me how to properly care for my skin, my mechanic tells me how to care for my car, why not just have pros teach me the things I don't know?!The salon itself is lovely and the staff is welcoming. My MUA was Amber, who's a fun little spitfire with a passion for makeup. She started with discussing a basic skincare regime (which I'd betting getting down pat over the last couple of years), then we got into the nitty gritty. She used Smashbox products and she started by teaching me about the various primers that exist and what I should look for to get the effect and wear that I want, methods of application, how to find the right colors for me and more. We went through the order of application and how to determine placement of color and more. It felt like a painting class, honestly, and I left with a flawless face and the first good-looking smokey eye of my life. I legit almost teared up seeing how amazing I looked.For anyone who's tried following along with tutorials only to end up looking a hot mess, or bought makeup that looked right in the store but awful at home, or just wants to finally figure out how to get their brow game on point, I would 100% recommend their makeup lesson! The best Salon I've ever been to!! I absolutely love it here. From the moment you walk into the gorgeous salon to check in and then leaving it is a beautiful experience. Rachael does my hair. She takes her time and is a perfectionist which means so much to me. You can tell hair is her passion and she won't let you leave till it's stunning. Bonus is that she is an amazing woman with integrity. I'm so thankful I found her and Bella! Wendy is amazing too and her customer service is 100%. I'm looking forward to the events she will plan. I was in Austin for a wedding and I went with my auntie to Bella Saloon .i don't remember the name to the lady who was with my aunt. But Keith does the best shampoo and treatment in my hair. ( the way was he wash my hair it's so relaxing and amazing). Thanks, Keith my family was so impressed. I have finally found a salon and hair stylist who I know I will keep going back to consistently. I moved to Austin last February and found Bella Salon near summertime and I've had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Charlene . She puts a keratin treatment in your hair like no other ! And while your sitting in her chair tell her to dust off your edges .... I love the seamless layers that she just did in my hair! She is very sweet and she really does her best to take care of you when your sitting in her chair. I always leave Bella Salon feeling special. This review is so long overdue!  I owe them a few paragraphs and then some!  I was recommended to Bella Salon by a coworker who had nothing but great things to say about her stylist and the salon.  A natural very dark brunette, I had recently decided to go blonde.  Unfortunately, I trusted the wrong salon and stylist to get me through this process.  I gave that salon and stylist so much of my time and money as they tried to get my locks from black to blonde...only to have a finished product that was the equivalent of an orange mop.  Enter Adrienne at Bella Salon.  She was so kind and gentle with me as she knew that I was already fragile from my previous experience.  She walked me through her plan and managed my expectations from the very beginning.  We were both on the same page regarding getting my locks to blonde, but first we needed to do lots of color correction.  Adrienne was truly the answer to my prayers.  Not only did she correct the horrors from the previous stylist, but she got me pretty close to my desired shade of blonde!  We were both actually quite surprised with the outcome as my orange mop looked pretty hopeless.  Adrienne was my stylist for almost two years till she moved out of state.  Throughout those two years I fell in love with the Bella Salon staff, just as much as I had with Adrienne!  She recommended me to a couple of stylists that could take over in her absence - one of those being Keith P.  Keith took just as good care of me and has never disappointed.  It's clear that the management at Bella take hiring seriously as every stylist I've encountered is friendly, helpful, and leaves their clients very satisfied.  Thank you, Bella Salon, for taking such great care of your clients! Getting my nails done is routine. I love having pretty nails. Therefore I have high expectations for my nail technician. I am happy to say that at Bella Salon I received excellent treatment from the reception, which was an adorable super chic young lady, to the nail tech who helped me, Mei. She was one of the most pleasant and sweet people I have ever met. It is refreshing to meet such genuine people in the service industry and you can really tell that the staff at Bella salon is happy to be there.
