Beinert roofing os a scam. They have no insurance. They prey on the elderly and victims of natural disasters. They "repaired and remodeled" my 90 year old mothers home after harvey. . They took over $800000 of TWIA Funda from her and left the house a shambles. They charged her fro things they did not go and did not do things they were paid for. They operate out of an empty shed. If you are considering using Beinert, do not hesitate. Recently our house was damaged severely by Hurricane Ida. The best thing that happened to us was meeting Beinert. They have been the most professional, on time, kind, understanding contractor we have ever worked with in New Orleans, and we have worked with many over the years. Their professionalism is what really stands out. They go above and beyond, and have helped us not only tarp and replace our roof, but they have acted as our advisor on the insurance claim and helped ‘contract’ us through that. They communicate directly with the insurance company, speak their language and have helped submit all of our claim. We needed a new roof after hurricane Nicholas moved through coastal Texas Sept 14, 2021. Mike the manager was Johnny on the spot and came out and gave us estimates, worked with our insurance and began the process after we looked at reviews and recommendations online. They did start the project in a timely fashion, pulling off the gutters and installed the new roof, with promised to have the gutters replaced the following week. Here it is the week of Christmas and our gutters are still laying in our driveway with one excuse after the other why the job could not be completed. I do not recommend this company-no response to late response to calls and texts and no completion of the job. Update to previous review: After discussing the situation with the manager, the gutters have been replaced to our satisfaction Mike the manager did contact us and keep the lines of communication open during the completion. After Hurricane Laura we struggled with a previous contractor that was solely trying to rip-off the insurance company. This had gone on for months and months. We contacted Peter with Beinert and he shows up the same day. Within a week we had the damaged roof repaired and a new roof. Then they moved onto the restoration of the interior. The folks down at Beinert Roofing & Restoration are one of the most professional and helpful contractors I have ever hired. I had a lot of questions and concerns being that this was the first time I had ever made a windstorm insurance claim. These guys were able to walk me through the entire process and ensure I was able to get a new roof on my house. They are willing to fight for you and go toe to toe with your insurance company! Very disappointed. The day I called to get quote I received a call back right away. The gentleman said he would go measure that day. I have yet to receive a call back. I have called daily this week. Receptionist is nice but I still am not getting a call back from the contractor. I understand roofing companies are busy with Harvey claims. Though when someone calls daily you should at least call them back especially when you said you were going out the day you originally spoke. Is it because I'm not using insurance? More...

What guarantee does your work come with?
That depends on the job.
Roofs come with a 5 year Labor Warranty however we also offer extended Warranties.
Most of the other trades of construction will come with a 1-2 year Labor Warranty

Seeing the joy and satisfaction on a customers face after completing a project for them. That I get to help my customers out by relieving them from the stress and frustration that can come from a lot of construction projects whether it be with planning, budgeting or even dealing with their insurance company if the project is related to storm damage. I walk my customers through the entire process step by step.

My brother, Will Beinert and I experienced first hand how crooked this industry can be and we wanted to offer people a way to hire a contractor and feel not only good about their choice but most importantly Safe with their decision.
