We bought an organic latex mattress here a couple of years ago and have never looked back. This mattress has changed my life. It was worth every penny. We also purchased a latex topper and a wool topper. We added cotton Sure Fit sheets and our bed is heaven. Everyone in the store has been so friendly and helpful to us. They are nice and patient with children and didn't roll their eyes at us when we brought all 3 kids in. They even have an adorable hidden play area! I tell everyone who will listen to buy their next mattress here. Unfortunately, too many people are swayed by the marketing ploys of big mattress  companies or buy something cheap from a box store. We had the best experience buying a bed frame at bedrooms & more! Sean (sp?) is the salesman we had and he made our in store shopping experience very fun. Non-stop laughter. The delivery was on time and the men worked quickly and efficiently. They even hauled our box spring we no longer needed due to buying a bed frame with storage drawers. The frame is self is amazing and high quality. The drawers are so big we were able to fit several large blankets, 5 sets of sheets, several extra pillows, and more. Bedrooms & More Outlet is the best! Our salesmen Tabor and Anthony were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We did not feel pressured into buying anything that we didn't want, and they were cheerful and down to earth too. I came to Bedrooms and More because I heard they sell natural matresses. Last month, I ordered a foam mattress in a box (Casper) and it has been a disaster. I was surprised by the low quality and the awful paint and plastic smell that lasted for weeks before we finally gave up and scheduled a return.After trying out several mattresses, we settled on the Haleakala floor model. It is the most comfortable mattress I have owned by far. We paid more than we would have at another store but the mattress is upposed to last over 15 years and comes with a 15 year warranty and can be flipped over so it will feel better longer. It has springs and it has latex in it and it is cooomfy. We are so happy with it and my girlfriend who has back pain said this one made hers go away . We ended up buying a washable wool mattress protector too because it just seemed like a smart thing to do to avoid stains/damage to our new fancy bed. I just figured I have a case on my phone so why wouldnt l have a case for the other nice thing in my life? Do yourself a favor and at least come check this place out. Went in a few days ago as the last stop on our furniture day, looking for a bed for a new roommate.  My friends and I were greeted promptly and provided with great service the whole time we were there.  The store is a rather snug space with lots of little rooms, however I think this helps when looking for beds, as it tends to naturally separate you from other customers and give a more 'bedroom' feel.Luis helped us out, and did a great job, first guiding us to a bed that worked for us, and then helping with the mattress.  He definitely knew his stuff, able to focus in on the right mattress quickly after trying just a few and giving him feedback.We have not yet purchased the bed and mattress, but the service was so good it deserved a review now, and we will soon buy from them (Just waiting for the new place to be ready for move in).  The price is more than fair for quality furniture, and the delivery fee is reasonable too. This place is the real deal! We bought our furniture set here about ten years ago and it's been beautiful and functional, so when the time came to look at a new mattress I knew just where to go! I came in on a Friday and saw a sign that there's a mattress class every Saturday. When I mentioned to Drew, the owner's son who came out to help me, that Saturday would be tough for me, he jumped right into teaching me everything I needed to know, complete with visual aids and everything. Super informative. And very patient with me as I tested out different styles of mattresses, even when I made it clear that I wasn't quite ready to buy. Their customer service is top notch and deserves recognition. I would be embarrassed to say how long I spent looking for a mattress. Because of multiple sensitivities and health issues, buying online was out; nothing with memory foam was an option; and most name brand inner spring mattresses reeked of chemicals. At the end of my rope, we drove all the way to North Seattle to Bedrooms and More as a last resort. My old mattress was at the dangerous point with springs sticking out!This was almost three years ago and I am very happy with my mattress. I am one of those hard to please customers, and frankly, there is nothing harder to buy than a mattress for anybody, so I was very happy that this worked out. The service from one of the family owners was way above average, especially for a furniture store: he was knowledgeable without being arrogant. Put the extra effort forth. Prices were reasonable for what we got...and I had looked at a lot of 10k and up mattresses. In fact, we were so happy, we called and ordered a pillow and a second identical mattress. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service and products at Bedrooms and More.  I bought a firm mattress as that has always been my preference.  I was advised to sleep on it for a couple of months if I had any doubts about the comfort.  Well, my aging body let me know that it is possible to have a bed that is too firm!  I called the store about two months after my initial purchase, and was encouraged to come in and figure out a solution.  After 30 minutes we decided that I needed to exchange my mattress.  This was a completely hassle free experience.  I am totally in love with my new mattress!  Great customer service comes easy when you believe in your product. A somewhat rocky start but in the end a purchase I am confident in as to quality, construction, and especially healthy organic materials. Family owned, takes serious interest in your business and wants a happy customer. I have been sleeping on a toxic Tempurpedic mattress for too many years and it has caused health problems including a super sensitivity to anything polyurethane which is what is in most beds. We went to B&M on our third stop, having first visited the Seattle Mattress Co and Soaring Heart. All three businesses seemed to be first rate and treated us very well. At B&M we bought a King size natural rubber (from Vietnam) mattress made in Sumner Wa.It just felt better to my wife and I than any of the other 20 or so mattresses we tried.We love it. I needed a new mattress and poked around a little online.  I was feeling overwhelmed until I remembered that I had met Blake (one of the second generation owners) from Bedrooms & More at a Seattle Good Business Event.  Whew!  Shout out to Sean, but I can't imagine that all of the salespeople are not top drawer.  Totally no pressure about letting you (they encouraged it) spend as much time on each mattress as was necessary.  A friend made me promise to try a sleep number bed, so I dutifully drove to Southcenter.  They were nice also but it was clear that the bed I tried at Bedrooms & More was far superior in lots of ways - more environmentally friendly, local, family owned, a better value and just a plain wonderful experience.  I paid for it yesterday and they just delivered it today!!!  The two brothers delivering were professional and careful and went the extra mile willingly and cheerfully!  I can't recommend this experience enough.  BTW the mattress I bought is natural latex with a removal core (the cover unzips) and is designed to change with you!  It is really fantastic.  If there is no update on this review after a few months know that I am super happy with this product.  And yes, I also bought a very affordable adjustable base. Awesome place, we went their main retail store to try mattresses but before purchasing we checked out the outlet. We found the same mattress for $480 off. Nick Ritchie was our salesperson, he was great. Nick was honest and to the point, no pressure to buy. Their mattresses sell themselves, non toxic, super comfortable and well worth the price. We shopped for futons while in Seattle area, and this was the first place we shopped. Excellent customer service and selection. Very high end couches, but if you have money, they are worth it. We shopped at a few other places for futons, and most offered poor quality stuff that will break in a couple years. If you are looking for cheap dorm type, frat house stuff that's gonna wind up on a curb in two years, go to those other places. I'm tired of buying stuff that has to be replaced over and over. So we went back here and bought a futon. A couple of nice guys came, the next day!!! They assembled it. Glad it came in boxes so it fit easily up the stairs. Best delivery fee I ever paid. Just ordered our King sized platform bed. We were spoiled with having a solid rosewood platform bed with four drawers that was shipped to US from China. Never thought we could find the same quality in Seattle. But my husband Googled beds and we checked Bedrooms & More out in Wallingford. A quality store with very knowledgeable folks. Not high pressure sales and lots of beds and and mattresses to rest on and be sure of what you want. Would recommend them to anyone. I have been a patron of this business twice in the last four years-- the first time to buy pillows, and just recently a new bed.  We are so happy with our choice of a bed and how we made it. We worked with Christopher and she gave us all the information and time we needed to make our decisions. Went up to Seattle to help the daughter move into her own place while she goes to school and collects body art. Very excited about the former but the latter. .. well that's a whole other Oprah. We needed to get a new bed. The sales person we had was great. Spent a lot of time with us and wasn't trying to push the most expensive frame and mattress on us. The quality of the mattress is great. We haven't gotten the daubed frame yet but the floor sample was of good quality. We had to wait because the unit my girl wanted was, of course, a custom build. The store have a a loner frame and delivered the next morning. I think you're better off going to this place as opposed to one of those factory stores. Before visiting Bedrooms and More, I had never purchased a new mattress in my life - only hand-me-downs.That being said, I never knew that the experience of buying a mattress could be so lovely! We ended up with a very nice and soft organic mattress. It is wonderful. It's been a few years since I purchased my mattress from Bedrooms & More, so I've literally had time to sleep on my decision. After much deliberation and test driving many mattresses, aided by the very helpful Aynn, my husband and I settled on flippable natural latex. We bought the like-new floor model, which was marked down 15%; it was delivered as promised in a timely manner. Prior to buying our bed, I did my homework and read much about the merits of natural latex. Still, I hesitated about purchasing latex for two reasons: 1) I am a woman of a certain age, which means spiking temperatures at random moments (I was concerned about latex holding heat) and 2) I have atopic dermatitis and am allergic to latex gloves, so I was worried about skin reactions. Despite tribulations, we went with the latex. Aynn warned us that it might take awhile for our bodies to adjust to latex (our previous bed was standard foam-filled from Macy's). She was right, the first two weeks were challenging. It was high summer and nights were hot ... I spent a few fitful nights tossing, turning and burning. But then, magically, I eased into a good night's sleep. Now, I'm so happy with our mattress and will never look back. Our natural latex mattress is the most comfortable, supportive bed I have ever experienced. And although it shed a bit initially (I could tell from dust under the bed), it lessens as time passes. Also, we love that it's flippable, a rarity in the mattress market, as it hasn't developed any indents from our bodies.  I stopped in to Bedrooms & More a few weeks ago to thank them for my amazing mattress. They remembered me and were so happy for the visit. I'm grateful for the personal service and great value they provide with their high-quality products. Love this place. Bought one of their latex mattresses last week and I have never slept better.  Our salesman, Burdic, was amazing. A year into my new latex bed and topper and with several more trips to Bedrooms and More in between, I'm convinced this is one of the best natural bedding, furniture and mattress stores in the country in terms of selection and value. They also have their own brew of organic latex, available in multiple firmness levels that can be tweaked with latex and wool toppers. My own bed is ungodly plush, with a secret store of rock hard pressure relieving latex below. It's like swimming in pudding. Mmmmm... foamy, organic pudding that still supports the back! The value is unbeatable: I originally left with a 100% latex queen mattress, topper. bed frame (a solid, heavy piece of furniture), pillow, box spring and mattress protector for $2300, including delivery, assembly of my new frame and removal of the old mattress. We've returned to buy sheets, two more latex pillows and to try buckwheat pillows (which sound too much like Kraftwerk to get any sleep). They have organic bedding, yessiree, but the most important thing about that is that they get most everything they carry "on special purchase." Meaning near wholesale prices for their customers. I have never gone looking for something online after trying it here before, but last weekend they had run out of Queen bed sheets in the material I liked (sold at Bedrooms & More for $109/set). When I searched online, I was surprised to find that even at a substantial discount, the cheapest I could find these sheets for was $189. For the heck of it, I looked up some other special purchase sheets. I found savings of $100 per sheet set on several occasions, often more than 30%.  I don't know how they stay in business! This store is a bit of an open secret in that way. It's run, down to the factories (the owner's son sourced a latex factory while on study abroad in Vietnam, I guess - and they pay a living wage), by an intensely ethical family. They only stock furniture that doesn't contribute to deforestation. In our most recent pass through, there was some mouthwateringly pretty bamboo furniture. They recognize us when we come in. We're happy there. I feel taken care of. Because sleep is an essential  health function, that's so important. This store's wonderful because they partner with you to help you find bedding, pillows, etc to accommodate your changing needs. And given the focus on organic and botanical products, this stuff will be good for you. More...

We went there for the first time for our natural bed. Burdick was a great help, very friendly and knowledgeable. The older woman who worked there who snapped at him for taking up too much space behind the register was not friendly or cool, and that detracted. Major thing to fix: don't bill yourself as an eco friendly establishment and have the environmentally-disastrous Keurig K Cup coffee maker by the register. A lot has changed in the mattress industry since we purchased our bed in the last century!Last November, after eighteen years of sleeping on our beloved queen-size, two-sided, pocketed coil mattress, we decided to get a new king size mattress which was similarly constructed. (Our experience with our old two-sided queen set is that the mattress wears better and retains its comfort longer when you can turn it over to even out the wear. Our queen mattress has not worn out after eighteen years; it is still durable enough that our friends asked for it for their home.)So what changed in the industry? Well, two-sided mattresses (like we were used to sleeping on) are difficult to find. All the showrooms we visited were marketing mattress styles that were one-sided ! Yes, one-sided mattresses look beautiful and are comfortable, but it  seemed to me you that if you purchased one of these mattresses, you'd have half the wear and comfort, since you could not flip it every several months or so. Our favorite furniture store in Tacoma (where we bought our queen two-sided mattress years ago) only carries mattresses with one side nowadays. We never thought we'd need to go to Seattle to find a mattress, but that's exactly how this played out ! ! !Bedrooms and More has a huge selection of all types of mattresses from many reputable manufacturers. Their mattresses use high quality organic materials and comfort padding to suit various preferences. Most all of their mattresses are two-sided,  including the hard-to-find pocketed coil configuration we preferred !Over three visits to Bedrooms and More, I realized why this family-run business is so successful.I met Mr. Jeff Garfield, the founder.  A self-made businessman with a passion for helping his customers. Over the years, his family-run Bedrooms and More has become Seattle's premier showroom. The Oregon Mattress Company is famous for quality and comfortable mattresses and has a built a solid and successful relationship with Bedrooms and More.Our budget was limited. But because Bedrooms and More is "more" than your usual bed store,we decided to buy a long-needed replacement futon mattress. And then we added a beautiful cover to go with the futon. Bedrooms and More offered gracious terms to our final purchase.But that's not the end of the story.Last week, it was necessary to replace an old full size bed with a new queen set in our middle bedroom. I traveled all the way up to Seattle late in the day. Dark. Pouring rain. Aynn was there.  She pleasantly wrote up a bill of sale for a new queen mattress set and seemed like she is used to her customers coming back time after time again !
