Rob dj'ed and officiated our wedding! He made us feel so at ease during our vows. He exceeded every expectation we had. He knows what we wanted. We had to tell him very little info and he knew exactly what to do! He is the whole package!! We will find a reason to hire him again!! I honestly don't think my wedding would have been as amazing as it was without Rob! He was great from start to finish, listened to our requests, and was ready early for our event.
He introduced my grandmother to the reception and I remember her saying, "He made me feel wonderful!" He had people moving from start to finish, and even helped my mother and I do our whacky mother/son dance.
I would recommend Rob to anyone for any kind of event, and in the future I know I will to my friends! 5 stars, all day! Thank you, Rob!

Rob did an amazing job DJing our wedding. He was easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and really took the time to get to know what kind of music we wanted played. He was very patient with us and our indecisive wedding party, taking changes to our entrance music right up until the morning of the wedding and everything went down without a problem. He edited clips of the songs we requested to make them fit with our plans. From the very first meeting Rob is there working with you to make sure your event is the thing everyone will be talking about after it happens! My husband Scott and I loved every minute of the planning process, music choices, and choosing uplighting and options to make our dreams come alive. Rob is awesome! Super friendly, incredibly proud of what he does, and you get nothing but 110% from him the day of your event. I’ve used DJ Rob for the past 2 years for my Zumba events and he is awesome!! Both my events were fundraisers for breast cancer awareness and he went above and beyond what I had expected. He made the room look fantastic with pink lighting and to top it off the photo booth and red carpet were a huge hit for the guests. He’s a pleasure to work with and always engages the crowd. He came well prepared and got all the equipment set up with plenty of time to spare. He is well versed in all types of music and prior to the start of my fundraiser he played relevant Latin/Zumba inspired songs without me having to give him any songs names!! DJ Rob is the best!! He was the DJ for my wedding a few weeks ago and we have not a single bad thing to say... we've heard so many compliments from our guests that the dj kept a dance party going all night (which was exactly what we wanted! ) he played such a good mix of dance songs so guests of all ages stayed on the dance floor the whole time. We have been looking forward to having Rob as our DJ since we booked him... he is organized, professional, flexible and FUN. You can tell he really cares about all of his clients. Rob was the whole package and absolutely perfect for our wedding! DJ Rob was amazing! He was very personable and easy to work with! I met him at my cousins wedding last summer and knew that night we wanted to book him for our wedding. Beauty and the Beats is affordable and works to capture everything you want! He provided song recommendations when I needed them and kept people on the dance floor straight through until the end of the wedding! Rob also surprised us with a slideshow of pictures of my husband and I throughout our ten years of dating that he played during the cocktail and dinner hours, it was such a nice and sweet surprise that we really appreciated! Just a little something extra to make it all the better! He also played some music videos throughout the night. We have received so many compliments about how great the music was at our wedding! DJ Rob you are the best! We just got married September 15th, and Rob was both our officiant and our DJ! from the start he had so much positive energy it just made us excited. He worked with us for ALL of our requests, met with us at convenient times and was always super quick to get back to us with any questions. He was extremely detail oriented and was on top of everything we needed! We had a small mishap with our red carpet photo booth backdrop due to the storms, but without even mentioning it he worked for hours looking for another place to overnight us a new backdrop! What can I say other than Rob was absolutely AMAZING! From the first time we spoke online to the day of our wedding, he was on top of everything. You can't beat his prices or the value of the experience. He worked with us from day one and made the entire experience so enjoyable, easy and more than anything, fun. He was there to answer any questions we had along the way. Our initial meeting and meeting right before the wedding were fantastic and he had us feeling so excited for the big day. Rob is the best! From our very first meeting, Rob was attentive, paid attention to what we wanted, detail oriented and very organized.
Throughout the planning process he was always available by email, phone or an in person meeting to answer any questions we had.
Even after our wedding, we still have guests that tell us how great our DJ was, from the song variety to keeping the energy up on the dance floor throughout the night! I would 100% recommend Rob to anyone who is looking for DJ services!!

It is hard to even find words to describe how fantastic Rob was! Right from our first meeting my husband and I knew he would be the best fit for us and for the vibe we wanted at our wedding. He was organized, friendly, professional, punctual and helped us stay calm when we were stressed during the planning process. He thought of everything and made us feel like we were in good hands, and we were! He was right there to answer any questions we had and had no problem making last minute changes. We booked him for the full wedding package, everything except officiant services because we had a family member officiate. The music he played at the ceremony flowed well, and he absolutely rocked the house at the reception. He kept our wishes in mind with the music style but also read the crowd. If they weren’t dancing, he switched it up immediately to get the crowd going! The photo booth was awesome! He had our backdrop custom designed and the props were so fun! We were so excited to get our photo book back after the wedding. It was a hit, and so was Rob! We highly recommend him to everyone!!! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! First off, I can’t say “DJ Big Daddy Rob” without dancing. We had a very laid back wedding that was video game themed.
Not only did he embrace it, he made sure everyone had fun with it to. He helped us pick out the perfect songs for our party to walk down the aisle to so that they were fitting to the theme but didn’t sound like you just started up your retro Nintendo! He kept the dance floor packed all night and made it possible for my husband and I to have a good time and not worry about our guests knowing what was coming next. It was my step father’s birthday and we had a friend of ours sing to him, her voice was perfect through his sound system. It was a very touching moment and I’m so thankful we could make it happen.
Now here is why I wish I could give him more stars: I forgot to tell him what song I wanted to walk down the aisle to. My husband and I thought we had it all planned out but we apparently forgot to tell him! So just a few hours before the ceremony, I was in the building managers office frantically writing out instructions on a post it note! He was able to get the song and time my entrance perfectly.
Not only was he prepared and professional but he was able to handle every single curveball we threw at him.
If I had the day to do it all over again, I’d make sure Beauty and the Beats was there with me!
