Beacon Plumbing

On Friday before New Year's Eve, we had an overflow that caused us to turn off all water. Worried that we had septic tank issues, I called Beacon based on their reviews and the fact that emergencies seemed to be their specialty. I couldn't be happier with our experience. Our technician, Brent, was communicative throughout the process. From calling to apprise us of his timing for arrival (several calls to keep us updated) and enlightening us about what to look out for in the future, he made the experience top notch! I woke up this morning to my electric water heater leaking. I contacted Beacon Plumbing immediately and was grateful they were able to send out plumber same day, also being on weekend. The team that was sent out to our house was great! They were professional, courteous and customer service orientated which in my opinion is a lost art. Brent Bates and his apprentice Grant Wiggins deserve the recognition. Our call started as an emergency call out and they arrived within 30 min of our call to dispatch. Even though our problem could not be fixed that night they showed up the next when they said they would and kept me up to date as the project went on. Beacon Plumbing and Heating came out to fix our furnace in an urgent situation. The company we previously used for years had done the annual service call, replaced the igniter but did absolutely nothing else that is part of the normal annual service call. When it stopped working I called that company again and they could not send anyone for several days!! I called Beacon and they were out same day. Old Hot water heater was near end of life / pressure valve vented. Came out same day and replaced. Were very helpful, walked me through different options (tankless vs non) and then installed.

The tech, Mike V was great. He went above and beyond and gave me a few tips to improve kitchen / bathroom water pressure. Would recommend! More...

I never post reviews on Facebook but the level of service from Diontea and Sam was outstanding. Long story short, my 118 year old home’s sewer line failed in the evening. With sewage backing up into our bathroom I called 5 local plumbers with “24 hour emergency service” only to be told that they couldn’t get to me until the next day. One call to Beacon and Diontea arrives about 90 minutes later. He gave me a diagnosis quickly and explained all options for repair of the line. They started digging out the failed line that night in the pouring rain.

He resolved this major issue as quickly as possible and my wife, 10 day old son, and me are very appreciative of his professionalism, work ethic, and true emergency service. I will definitely use Beacon again in the future for any plumbing needs... hopefully non-emergent ones! More...

Never have needed a plumber for an immediate problem but so glad I called Beacon Plumbing. We were very impressed with Jesus, the technician who came to our rescue. He was so organized and professional and knowledgeable that he made the emergency appointment much less stressful. I called beacon yesterday and they were able to come out right away, all the way to Stanwood. Mike V was our tech and he was amazing. He was right on time and was very nice. He figured out the issue and fixed it fast! He explained every detail to me and help me figure out how to avoid issues in the future. If I need anymore work I will definitely be calling beacon and requesting Mike to come back out, I cannot rave about him enough. I would highly recommend calling Beacon if you need work done! I had a problem when my hot water heater quit working. Troy, the plumber, diagnosed the issue and ordered a part. Troy came back today with the part and installed it. He tried getting the gas water heater to ignite the burner without success. He called his boss and the manufacturer and the manufacturer offered to prorate the warranty. Troy and his Quality Control supervisor, McCoy, picked up a new water heater, removed the old one, and installed the new one. Great work by both gentlemen, and I got a great price on the whole job. I just got my new toilet yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased. The two guys that were here was Mike V and James B. These two men could of not been nicer and also so helpful. They did such a great job and also did more than expected. This is the first time I have called Beacon and trust me they will be the only one's I call in the future. Mike gave me several options but never pushed me into any decision. I would of given more stars if possible. So let's say 5 stars and lots of plusses behind that. Thank you Mike and James ! As a returning customer I can't say I was surprised at the quality and excellence delivered by plumbers Troy and Brent, who were here to replace a kitchen sink faucet, and by electrician Steven an hour or so later, to replace a broken electrical outlet.

When it turned out the real problem was the leaking garbage disposal, they quickly produced a replacement for that in addition to installing our new faucet. There were obstacles (old house), but they explained my options and worked the additional repairs seamlessly into the job.

They did not disappoint, earned every point on their five-star rating. Not only are they quick, professional, obviously knowledgeable, but every one of them was polite and personable. I really enjoyed chatting with you guys today and was impressed how you could "do all the things" while making me feel like I have a clue, when I really don't. I'm just glad there are smart people like you to fix whatever gets broken around here.
