I originally joined the six week challenge August 29, 2016. After my first week I was so sore, but not that painful type of feeling. It was a good feeling because I knew I was working my hardest and doing something for me for once. Honestly, the BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. I've not only gained confidence in myself, but I've lost almost 30 pounds and have toned my body. Prentan is absolutely amazing and pushes you to do your best because he knows you can and will NOT give up on you. No matter what believe in yourself and push yourself because you know you can do it. My home away from home! Best program/gym ever. The trainers motivate you and the people are awesome! It's like a big family, working out but having a great time! They are always innovating new work outs and kicking our butts into shape! They work with you, if you have any back, shoulder etc problems let the trainers know and they let you do a different workout but still as efficient! They care about their clients and having everyone feel good burning some of that pasta pack ;-) love it here More...

I wanted to take a second and thank you for all you have done in helping me achieving my physical fitness goals.Not there as yet but I have a lot of hope while still working with you and your wonderful team . I am having so much fun in your Monday through Sunday camps . I am getting a lot of confidence in my physical abilities now in my 50's that I would not have even in my 20’s.
I would recommend Prentan's boot camp to anyone wanting to improve their overall well-being and working towards building a healthier body.

I started almost a year ago, did the first 6 week challenge. When I walked into Be1st I had no confidence I had no self esteem I had nothing but a negativity about myself. I felt like giving up after my first class but I had in my mind I was going to keep pushing my self more and more each class. The support from My coaches and all the members of Be1st with pushing me to my fullest and just to unconditional support from everyone is amazing. They are all more than friends they have turned into my Be1st family. I havnt reached my goal yet but I'm almost there and with out all of there help I would still be in that dark place. More...

I typically don't write reviews, but I'll make an exception for this! When I first joined, I signed up for the 6 week challenge that they offered back in May. I was looking for something other then the typical gym. Traditional workouts bore me. I was always involved in sports growing up, and we did work outs like this, just not as intense. Not even close. I doubted myself when I decided to join the 6 week challenge. The term "bootcamp" can sometimes intimidate you. But after speaking to the trainer who signed me up, I decided to give it a shot. After the first class, I was drained, but I absolutely loved it! I didn't think I would be able to do it, due to some minor injuries. But with the trainers support, and their teaching, I was able to get through the challenge. Since the challenge finished, I signed up to be a member. I've seen changes in how I feel, and how I look. My confidence has gone through the roof. The trainers push you, but not to the point where you are going to hurt yourself. I love all the classes that they have. I never thought I would enjoy working out, but this changed that for me. I look forward to going to the classes. The classes go very quickly, but it's intense. I highly recommend joining if you're looking for a workout that's challenging and not boring. And best of all, you'll see and feel results, and the trainers are top notch.

I want to thank the trainers at Be1st for the support and for helping me realize that I can do this. Finding the 6 week challenge advertisement on Facebook and deciding to look into it, and eventually joining, had been one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I come here to die and then by the end I am brought back to life. Coaches are helpful and actually pay attention to you and want you to succeed. They will modify whatever you cant do so that you dont hurt yourself. 10/10 would die here again. More...

Every since I can remember, I hated going to the gym. I’d always be determined to start working out on a monday and by tuesday I’d just quit. I always thought that it was so hard to diet and exercise. Everytime I’d go to the gym, I’d never know what exercises to do or how to properly do them and just got bored at running on the treadmill all the time. Luckily I found Be1st and couldn’t be happier. I was a member for several months and got into great shape. I felt amazing, strong and energized. You get so much done in a short time. Steve is fabulous and really knows how to customize the workout for indivuals even though it's a group setting. He also makes sure you're doing everything correctly so you get stronger, not hurt. I have been a member of this great fitness program for only 4 weeks I was in the 3 car accidents in 2009 and since I have been on pain medication and wasn't even able to do one push up I woke up in pain and went to bed in pain but this past 4 weeks has been an amazing turn around my health has improved and I feel like a new person I'm no longer taking my pain medication and I'm looking to keep it this way thanks to the amazing training @ Be1st Fitness

I started the 6 week challenge one week ago and I must say I see and feel results already. I have lost 6lbs and 1% body fat in 1 WEEK. � The workouts are intense but TRUST me when I say you leave the gym feeling AMAZING!� Since I've started, this is the best I've felt in years. Prior to starting challenge, I was a member at a gym and hired a personal trainer and I'm pissed because I was wasted my money.�� I never left the gym feeling like I'm ready to tackle the day like I do when I leave Be1STFitness. I remember my first day here about 4 weeks ago all day before class I wanted to vomit from nerves! Walking in I nearly turned back around thinking to myself, “I can’t do this I am definitely not fit enough!” But I did it! I walked in and everyone was so welcoming and all the exercises have modifications so you can strive for the actual movements! This was the best investment I have made for myself and my health! The classes are tough but the feeling of accomplishment after is priceless... looking forward to many more days here!! More...

I joined Be1stFitness in October 2017 after some prodding by a friend who was taking the bootcamp classes. Out of curiousity and just my feeling awful in general, I went for a trial class that I thought would be the end of me. After having kidney surgery in 2016 and having much trauma to my core, I hadn’t worked out in over a year and a half. To my surprise, I survived the class and became a member that day.

Four months later, I did a 6 week challenge and after much hard work, reached BOTH goals. Wow! Never would have thought I could do it but I lost 9.5 pounds and 4.9% body fat. Even at only 9.5 pounds (which I’m very happy with), my body looks better, I feel stronger, clothes fit better and my back is feeling better as well.

The members of Be1stFitness are down to earth, the trainers are knowledgeable and professional and the classes are different every day so it’s not boring. Steve is the best. He truly cares about each person doing their best and meeting their goals. He is more concerned with you doing the exercise once in correct form, than doing it 25 times wrong and getting hurt. If you are looking for a place to do bare minimum and whine about it being too hard, this place isn’t for you. If you’re looking to feel better, look better and change your life for the better, then you need to join Be1stFitness!

I have been training with Steve since 2011, he has changed me. I left the couch and began the transformation. While I dont have good before and after pics trust me when I say the change is amazing. Not just on the outside but the inside too. I have dropped sizes, have strength, flexibility and do things I never thought I was capable of. Being fit and strong helped me through the biggest challenge I just endured with chemo and radiation and I believe it would have been 10 times worse if I wasn’t in the shape I was going into it. I’m training again, sooner than expected and already feeling the difference. Again it’s not just a physical journey it’s mental as well. Thanks for making me a better me, both inside and out.
