Moving out of an apartment with wall to wall carpet after nine years having the carpets professional cleaned was part of the lease agreement. Be Amazed Carpet Cleaning was one of a couple companies recommended to me. I also researched companies along with their reviews online. Be Amazed had about the best review so I chose them. Be Amazed's customer service representatives on the phone were very curtious and thorough with their question about my individual carpet cleaning needs. We agreed on a carpet cleaning appointment day and time. The carpet cleaning technician called prior to the appointment and was able to arrive earlier than planned, which was nice. He was very professional from start to finish and very educational for how to avoid future stains, plus what not to do with some liquids that stain so they don't become permanent. The carpet all cleaned up much better than I had anticipated, saved me from losing my rental deposit and additional fees. The owner seems very compassionate. We had a misunderstanding that was worked out quickly and I had my living room carpet cleaned the next day. It was a mess. I was told it would probably look about %60 to %70 better. I think it looks much better than that. The guys who came out were really nice and informative. They even helped my husband move our very heavy piano. There's a couple tumeric stains that didn't come out but that's not a surprise... It's tumeric. There are a couple other spots I feel like probably could have come out a little bit better but the job was done kind of quickly. Overall though, I'm pretty happy with the results and I'm not embarrassed for people to come in and see the carpet anymore. More...

We’ve used several carpet cleaners over the years and none of them compared to the service we got today from Be Amazed! They arrived earlier than expected (they called to ask if that was okay first! ), put tarps down to protect our wood floors, used corner guards to protect our walls and furniture and did an amazing job on our carpets!
