They showed up in the range they said they would- on the later side and without the ten minute heads up precall they promised, but it was fine. He was patient when I needed those extra ten minutes to pack.Brian was super nice and helped with all my many belongings without a hint of rushing me. He listened and did everything as I asked him to, and much without me having to even ask. The car was clean and the ride was easy going. I was in a bit of an emergency mode and they made it a little less of a crisis.
