We have had Baxter's cater several luncheon events for our office, and they are fantastic! They are very friendly and professional, and in addition to providing delicious entrees and sides, they set up, clean up and provide plates, napkins, and plastic ware. Highly recommend their service!

Outstanding!  The food was amazing. All my guests were very impressed.  The bacon wrapped dates were a huge hit. Yes, I know it sounds odd, but trust me they are delish. The presentation of the food and the service was superb. The staff very professional. If you said you hadn't tried  an item on the menu they went and go it. Only thing I didn't get to sample were the cupcakes. That is only because they were so good most of the people had 3 or 4.  Now those are full size cupcakes not minis.  I was told they were the best. Baxter's catered a bridal shower this past weekend,July 13,2019. The food was wonderful, presentation over the top. Everything from the lobster on pastry bites to hand decorated chocolate  strawberries. The tarragon chicken salad served on lemon poppy seed muffins was a hit as were the mini muffulettas, shrimp salad and Watermelon Feta. Susan was helpful arranging the menu and arrived promptly,  and set up. Could not be more pleased. There was very little left over, which was wrapped and put away. Baxters Gourmet Catering has catered two weddings for me and a college graduation event as well as a bridal shower out of town on our family farm. I could not be more pleased with their services. The food presentation and taste were over the top, service was exemplary. My guests raved about every detail. I could not be more pleased. It exceeded my expectations. They also served the bridal shower, guests were amazed. The shower menu featured lobster salad in a sherry Sauce,marinated asperagus, baked Roma tomatoes, lemon poppy seed muffins, deserts in white chocolate mouse in dark chocolate cups drizzled with raspberry sauce. cheese straws and champagne. Seriously where can you get this meal? It was lovely. Can't say enough about their professionalism and personal touch. My daughters future wedding will most definaltely be catered by Baxters Gourmet. Most recently(May 2009): Custom cake for my brother's graduation could not have turned out better looking! All the guests were amazed that not only did it look this good, the almond cake with buttercream icing tasted wonderful too! !In 2015 Baxter's catered my wedding, and I'm still getting compliments on the menu, 2 years later. Everything from planning the menu, selecting the dishes and deciding on quantities was easy. They even helped with recommending additional serving staff and bartenders for hire (all were great!) They're knowledgeable about events and how to plan for all types of catering needs. Their desserts are the BEST. My husband is still talking about our red velvet cake! More...

My daughter decided to have cupcakes instead of a tradition wedding cake. Baxter's was willing to work with us in designing one. We ended up having a 2 tier cake which was done very nicely along with a cupcake tower with flowers on the cupcakes matching the color of the bridesmaid's gown. It was a nice addition to the wedding.
