My husband and I downsized from a house to a condominium and hired Kevin Barnard to work with us. The condo had a very unusual layout and I was concerned about everything from the remodeling that needed to happen, finding a contractor for the remodeling, and the design work in such an unusual space. Kevin was spectacular. He met with us a couple of times before he presented his design plan for everything from paint/wallpaper to furniture to framing precious art. We were absolutely blown away that he "got us" so completely. He connected us to a wonderful contractor and a who did the remodeling for us and a wonderful wallpaper installer. He attended to every detail from carpets to curtains, paint colors to furniture, pillows and the installation of art. And he worked within our budget! He is adept at picking up on your style and bringing rooms to life in a way that exceeds your imagination! We could not have achieved the level of perfection in design, bringing an aged and out of date condo into the 21st century. Our friends and family think we have the most amazing home - and it is! Kevin designed the floral arrangements for both of my son's wedding rehearsal dinners. What a great guy to work with! He gave me exactly what I was asking for.
